Not sure why you would go anywhere else. Left (and forgot about) some alterations for over a year. Went by today not really expecting my clothes to still be there BUT THEY WERE!! And the alterations & fixes were perfectly done!

I was provided with a refreshing and accommodating experience ! I was lucky enough to meet Todd, the owner, and also worked with one of his associates. Todd is a pleasure to converse with and is knowledgeable in a wide array of industries and businesses. BEST OF ALL, he is proactive in ensuring he provides top-notch levels of service to every customer and organization possible. After arriving to pickup my freshly tailored button-down, he was 100% willing to make even the most minor adjustments to ensure a perfect fit and maximum comfort. I was satisfied enough to leave 2 more shirts for them to get fitted. He even offered to drive to me to make sure I was able to receive and wear my initial request as soon as possible! If you are looking for a tailor or considering a new one, I highly recommend Todd's Clothiers. I heard about Todd’s through these reviews. This shop is by far my favorite. I would never take any garment to any other tailor. I had 3 suits, 2 shirts done before the promised date. The fit was incredible and the stitching was superb. Todd talked me into a shirt, that matched my David Donahue in quality but at half the price! The shirt came in with the completed alterations in less then a week. Then Todd pulled me a suit that was out of season and on a fantastic discount, a fantastic royal blue, again less then half of a department store’s lowest price. Every man should have a good tailor, every gentleman should use Todd’s Clothier- no exception!

Was in a hurry for an event and had to buy a formal shirt for a black tie event. First, it's the only place in KC other than going out south that carries formal shirts anymore. Stopped by every store on the plaza first with no luck. Called them and the staff was INCREDIBLE. They pulled a few options in the size we needed and had them steamed and ready for me when I arrived. They were so nice and fantastic. Couldn't have made a more stressful, last minute situation any better. We will definitely be going back!

The experience was great. I took my two high school aged sons in to get a couple of suits and they enjoyed the experience. We were greeted promptly and the service was perfect. The owner is very personable and he treated us right on the price. The sales rep was also very pleasant. I believe his name was Ken. Sorry if I got that wrong.

I first went to Todd's to get measured for a groomsman suit for my friend's wedding. While I was at the downtown location I met Todd and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He eventually directed me to the Ward Pkwy Mall location to check out some shirts I was interested in. After experiencing the level of customer service Todd and his team provided I decided to buy a suit for my own wedding there, as well as groomsmen ties. I am very happy I did. Todd and his associates were very helpful and easy to reach through the whole process. Even during a particularly busy wedding season with unpredictable supply chains, they were still able to get the specific suit I wanted ordered in (which looked fantastic!) as well as the ties. And all with just a month's notice. I have returned to Todd's a couple times now because of the great customer service, and I will be back again.
