I won't be back to this store. Customer service was horrible. My husband tried to ask an employee about harnesses, as we have been considering using one on our dog. The employee treated him like his query was stupid and began speaking to someone else. Not a good way to get my money, that's for sure.

It seems the manager of this store has decided that all rescues who obtain donated dog food (it is expired so they cannot sell it) unless they have a government registered rescue. I do know here in Ontario this is NOT a requirement, so why here? And maybe only one rescue in particular.... The backbiting that goes on in the rescue world is nasty. But I have to admit I've never seen a store get into it. So I will personally BOYCOTTING ALL PETVALUE STORES UNTIL THIS IS CORRECTED. Needless to say social media is very watchful...... Three days later I get a response from the store saying oops no, PetValue does NOT require any of the requirements SET OUT IN WRITING TO A RESCUE were incorrect. But guess what? They STILL REFUSE TO SUPPORT THE RESCUE. There are a lot of witches involved in rescue that their SOLE purpose is to make themselves look good. They are the ones that cause all sorts of problems for rescues they know nothing about. Spread rumours, speak I'll of the owner(s), board whatever for their own personal satisfaction of hurting someone. This is exactly what has happened here. And I will be taking it up with head office. People like this need to be STOPPED. Enough is enough. We are here for the ANIMALS, not you or anyone else. Disgusting!

We always stop here to give our Athena a bath on our way from Alaska to our home in Florida. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The self dog wash area is clean and so convenient. She gets a treat afterwards and today hot to visit with a cute grey kitty. ????

The prices for anything on the top shelf is too hard to see. The only good part of my visit was the decent priced cat litter but everything else i looked at was way over priced. It was also very difficult to find a staff member to help me.

awesome staff. i went there with my kitty louie and miranda was working, louie was really nervous and she was so understanding and still loved him to death, we took some pictures for his instagram @_louie.charlie_ and overall it was 10/10. and louie is very happy with what he got!

Wonderfully stocked with excellently priced foods. Almost everyone I met was so nice, and willing to help. Very clean. Felt safe and secure. My dog loved the treats we bought from them and will definitely return again and again
