Have had very poor service from this group. On 2 occasions we contacted them to update a policy and never heard back from them. They did not get our business and I would not recommend them.

Their liability insurance rates are significantly cheaper than western financial, and they were able to help me with my icbc insurance needs when western financial wasn't willing or interested. I would go out of my way to use them over western financial in town. I have only had positive experiences with them and they delivered when I had important insurance issues to work through.
