Very unsatisfied with this business. Took my vehicle there and told them I wanted a full inspection done, and for them to fix anything that was wrong with it. I let hem know that the power steering was leaking, it needed an alignment, and that the brakes needed to be replaced. I spoke with a storefront worker on the phone and told him these things, then I spoke with the owner when I dropped my vehicle off the next morning. When they were finished I find out they only did the brakes. When confronted with this mistake they did nothing to apologize for their mistake, just make excuses. Don't bring your vehicle here. What a joke and a waste of time and money. Still unsure if they are going to offer a discount on shop time to bring my vehicle back. Ugh

Great service Dawson Creek Fountain Tire!! I was on my way to Emonton area with a camper on my pickup and pulling loaded horse trailer. I noticed a bulge in one rear tire, pulled into FT and they were able to change out both back tires immediately. Again, great service!!!! Thanks!

Awesome service. We came in from out of town and punctured the tire on the way in. We called road side assistance and they were not able to help us as all their people were busy and they told us we would hace to wait until tomorrow. Being from out of town thats not an option. We went to Fountain Tire and They fit us in no problem. Fast and professional. Huge thank you!

I really expected more after visiting other fountain tire shops. I found access to the various shop doors to be inconvenient and the staff to be really indifferent when I requested tire pressure checks before I hit the highway as I had a tire of concern.
