They ruined my wife's wedding dress. They said it would be professionally dry cleaned like the care tag recommends but they threw it in the washing machine on "gentle". It is now two different colors of yellow and white when it was originally ivory. Regardless of what the fabric is they took no responsibility and would not refund the $131(!!!) we had to pay up front for them to toss it in a washing machine. Just terrible service.

I've heard the horror stories from before of things going out looking less than perfect but since they switched over to wet cleaning and one of the owners daughters took over the quality is 100% better. Once there was a slight wrinkle in a shirt and even though the customer didnt care about it they took it back and fixed it.

They are the only dry cleaners in FSJ so unfortunately they are the only option. I have been going there for 3 years. Every other time I go there I have to ask them to redo the item. They don't press the items they dry clean. I wish there was another option in town.

When I go into Esteem, everyone is so friendly and they do a great job every time. I have taken my duvets here to be cleaned. My dog has a tendency to puke up water on my duvets and they get the stain and the odour from my pets out with no problems. I have also brought my down filled jackets to them and they are always super clean. I will definitely keep on using them for my dry cleaning needs.
