This was supposed to be my wedding dress! I took it to Tam Tailor and when I went back 2 weeks later to pick it up (one week before my wedding) this is what they sent me home with. When I picked it up Tam was out of town. When I saw what they had done to my dress I told the young man I wasn't going to pay them because they destroyed the dress. He said okay... Okay!!

This man is a tailor magician! My wedding dress alterations in Edmonton had been a living nightmare! I was leery of letting anyone near my dress, but he was highly recommended. So glad I went! He fixed my dress in incredible time! It fit so well and his work was amazing! And he's EXTREMELY reasonably priced! Thank you so so much!

Tam is a very kind, friendly, approachable and genuine individual. He is very flexible and did a very good quality job letting out two out of three of the skirts I brought to him. The third one I couldn't afford to pay for and he gave it back to me without charging me with a smile and a hug even though he had already done some work on it. I felt really bad but he told me to just be happy and not to worry. I recommend this tailor shop above all others. Nothing but professional, understanding and kind service here. I have never met any individual as optimistic and understanding as Tam. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Tam!

Tam is the man. If u need a hem... Do it yourself... If you just spent a bunch on a suit or jacket and you want to make sure the tailor working on it will value and protect that investment, take it to Tam. Little known fact, he worked on the jacket Philip Seymour Hoffman wore in the movie Capote. When you go there you see all the famous people he has worked with in photos on the walls. I don't even want to share this cause I'm selfish and want this gem all to myself. Tam and his team are great!

i would highly recommend tam!!! i brought in a pair of jeans to get the waist taken in and a button fly swapped out for a zipper, and he got it done very quickly before i had to go on a trip, and the craftsmanship is amazing, it doesn’t even look like it’s been modified. pricing was fair for the speed and the quality! i will definitely come here again!!

Was quoted a total of $50 for tailoring my suit. When it was time to pick up, the bill was over $200. Never bothered to call to confirm that changes to what we had talked about would be made. He threatened to KEEP MY SUIT if I didn't pay. Terrible customer service.

Did not respond back to emails. I dropped off my garment and waited 4 months for it be completed with no timeline given to me after I had asked for one. When I picked up the garment it had not even been started yet. Worst service I have had in a really long time. Will never send my clients or friends here.

Can't say enough good things about Tam. I've taken casual clothes to him, as well as dress clothes, and he always knocks it out of the park. He even made me a custom 3-piece suit from scratch a couple years ago, and it is the best one I own, hands down. I'll include a photo. Even more important than his tailoring skills, he's just a good person. Very caring, professional and pleasant to deal with. He does a lot of charity work as well which says a lot.
