Always friendly and helpful. My main gial was to buy some new masks due to Covid restrictions ti wear masks again. They sell all sorts of designs and made of cloth. Currently they are selling for 40% off regular price. I think the regular price is $9.99, so this is a good deal. Also highly recommended for any clothing repairs. They put new zippers in my coat at a reasonable price.

I trust them a lot. They have done really good hemming on my pants and saved about 3 pairs of jeans by patching holes. The patching doesn't look amazing usually, but they have saved my favorite jeans a couple times, which is Great. Their prices are also really fair.

They were able to fix my winter jacket as a last minute rush in 20mins and charged a reasonable price. Owner is very nice and knows his stuff!

Used this tailor for the first time for convenience but i don't think I'd go back. My suit had some wear and was fraying. They stitched it up but it wasn't aesthetically pleasing. Similar thing happened on another suit of mine and my regular tailor did a great job in discreetly fixing it. I guess I expected a similar job at this store, but nope.

I bought a very nice black and white mask, there are so many different options for masks and very good quality. The people that were working were very kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for an affordable, good quality mask to keep you safe. Very cute patterns! I walked into stitch city holding my jacket which I wanted to know the cost to replace my zipper. Once I walked in there the person working just starred at me for roughly 2 minutes while talking on their airpods as I stood there. After the awkward wait they approached the front counter and stood there for a moment still just starring at me, so I placed my jacket on the counter and asked 'I was just wondering how much it would be to have my zipper replaced'. They said "give me 5 minutes" and briefly went onto there Apple watch then looked up at me again and said rudely "can I help you". So I repeated what I had said before and then finally gave me an estimate. After what had happened I just said "'i'll think about it' and left. After what had happened there's no way I would give this place my business and I will not recommend it to anyone.

I usually do not post reviews, but I have to do one for Stitch City Tailor St. Vital as I had such a positive experience. My family and I bought cloth masks and my son's mask was too tight. I brought it to their attention and the nice lady placed a new, larger ear loop elastic at no charge while I waited for 2 minutes. Now, that's excellent customer service!! I will definitely be using their service again in the future.
