Very grouchy and unfriendly lady…I regretted going there. I had gone to hem some pants that were quite long for me. She kept emphasizing that she’s got lots of jobs on ground which made me wonder why her shop had the sign “open” on the outside. I even agreed to allow few days for her to finish the job. At some point I thought if I had wronged her somewhere before and she decided to take it out on me. I got frustrated and asked for my clothes to be returned. She was so swift to oblige - terrible customer service!

3 dresses, one skirt. The skirt was just shortened to not drag on the ground, so it was fine. I only tried 2 of the 3 dresses since I got them back, as the other is a winter dress and I had to leave for a summer job. I asked for the extra back fabric to be removed on one dress. What I got was a shortened dress, my what once was an empire waist was not almost at my nipples, and she added a button on the inside to close my breasts up more I guess? The other I asked to reattach the broken strap (which I forgot was broken until I got there to try it on) but what I actually brought the dress for was to change the was the under arms fit. What she did was loo the strap in a very low quality way, and removed one of the adjustment plastic things, so yeah only one side has that now, but it's not even adjustable. I never asked for the non-broken strap to be changed either. I lost 30 pounds and wanted my 2 all time favourite dress with actual memories with my mother on my birthday buying, but what I got were 2 dresses that are so unflattering, and just garbage now. She charged me $91.00, which is way over priced for the amount of work I ASKED for. I never would recommend this place. I don't know how things went so wrong after me trying to communicate with her (she did not want to communicate) and she pinned the dresses! Why was anything shortened or changed in any way I didn't ask for? These were not cheap dresses, both around $70.00 originally

I have used this tailor twice so far and will be taking all my work to them from now on. The first trip was to hem a new pair of pants that I had purchased. I remembered seeing them on my way home and thought I would try them. They measured me and asked I needed them right away. I told them that I would come back for them the following week. I picked them up and they had done a nice job and when they told me the cost I could not believe it. They charged me half of what my regular tailor charged.My second trip I had them repair a housecoat my wife had made me of velour and it was about 35 rears old. The hem was coming down and a belt loop needed repair. They did a great job on it and the cost was quite reasonable again. I recommend them to all of my friends.

I used to really like coming here. I had brought a bridesmaid dress that needed to be completely reconstructed and she only charged me $50. I recently brought in 2 dresses (no lining, no lace, just cotton dresses) to be hemmed maybe an inch. I was charged $70! Her reasoning: “i charge more when the the job is more complicated”. She then proceeded to ignore me and help the customer behind me. It’s a simple hem? Her prices are never the same. My friend already brought in 2 dresses, one dress needs to be taken apart and hemmed and the other one needed to be hemmed as well, she’s only being charged $45. I have suggested this place numerous times but will be making sure no one I know comes here. There is a younger gentleman that works there and he is very nice and great to deal with.
