Wow, amazing service! I highly recommend this Tailor! After calling multiple places about getting my shorts taken in at the waist, she was the only one who picked up the phone and talked me through the process. Kim is the most lovely and sweet lady, she is highly skilled and works quickly! You could never tell that they were not purchased like that. I am very pleased with the results and she did the alterations at a very reasonable price! I will be bringing in all my jeans / pants / shorts from now on! I’ve never had custom fit pants and wow, what a difference it makes when the waist fits you just right ???? Thank you Kim!

Took a item to have a new zipper put in and was told a week and a half and it would be done. We went to pick it up and it wasn't completed, went back a second time when the lady said she would have it ready for sure and it still wasn't done a few days later. Wasn't impressed.

Brought in winter coat which had two large rips in the back, one rip the fabric even got shredded. They've done amazing work at repairing it, hardly noticeable that it even was damaged. Will definitely be returning for any future tailoring needs. Repairs done within a week and the cost is unbeatable, highly recommend!

Kim saved the wedding day! My daughter had her dress altered by a seamstress who pretty well butchered her dress. We took it to Kim 3 days before the wedding to see what she could do. She performed a miracle in 48 hours and the dress was perfect. I know she worked well into the night to fix the dress and at such a reasonable price! Kim is a gem as well as the most skilled seamstress in Winnipeg. Highly recommended for any kind of alteration.
