$28 to get pants tapered is outrageously expensive when it cost me $10 at the same place last year. I told the guy exactly how I wanted it and he wouldn’t do it to me liking and recommended it his way and I said yeah Ill try it and my pants turned out terrible. It was like nothing was done to it. Also he said every time I wanted something changed even a little, it would cost me an additional $28. Definitely never coming back here. This was the owner too. Overall unhappy with my experience and I usually never write reviews like this

I needed sleeves shortened on my blazer and I had put it off for some time, I needed it ready for Thursday, dropped it off Monday, and got it Tuesday. Kind service, well done, and exceedingly fast. Recommend.

Staff friendly and I was quick in and quick out. I am retired so it has been sometime since I've taken anything in for dry cleaning and I was a little shell-shocked. In the meantime I had dealings with another dry cleaner and I saw the prices posted on the window of a third dry cleaner and so their prices a M Good Tailor were in line with the other places. Still recovering from Shell Shock though.

I’ve been a customer for well over a decade now and Kelly and family are fantastic! I’ve brought everything from suits, shirts, and even my Dutch bicycle panniers for repair and Kelly is unfazed by it all! Of course, they have great prices on dry cleaning and any/all alterations. Lots of uniformed clients go to him from all over the city too. Could not recommend more!

If you can afford to support a local neighbourhood that sells practically only locally sourced items, this is it. I'm not normally one for knick-knacks but this place goes beyond that, selling an eclectic mix of items that will be much more then pretty dust collectors. Despite it being my mistake, the owner was exceedingly generous in helping with a print I had to exchange. Overall a really loverly place.

The tailor himself, Kelly is great but the assistant has horrible customer service skills. First relayed false information regarding getting some alterations to a pair of suit pants then proceeded to give me attitude for asking that he remove a chalk mark that had been put on the mark an alteration. If I'm paying for a service, I expect there to be no marks left on my clothes regardless of how "simple" it is to take it off myself. As someone who works in customer service himself, this person could use some lessons in what customer service actually means. Look elsewhere..

This place is suspect, dude rather hustles hard for money then help satisfy the customer. If you want to run a successful business, then satisfy the customer before asking for more money like a man begging for money on the streets. Must be the time again to pay off the place.
