Look, I love this place. It's old fashion. Those saying they're rude, who cares. Do they do good work? Yes. Do they over change? No. I think the world needs more places like this. The first time went in for a rip a coat. I think I was insulted the whole time but you know what, they didnt charge me and made me a life long client.

The woman who waited on me must have been the owner, because that is the only way she still has a job. Extremely rude!! I work in the public sector and would never treat anyone that way. Made me feel Like I was bothering her. How “dare “ me to walk into the store to give her business. I guess she has enough as she said. “ we have way too much work here, it will be over a month” .

I went in with the idea that I needed a new zipper on my coat. Its a quality coat and new last winter. The lady at the front desk told me right away that my zipper was fine and just needed to be tightened. Im very pleased with this outcome as i was sure i would need to pay $50 for a new zipper and the work. They tightened it for free. Thank you for your help, honesty and the free work!
