A few things: - There's a sign on the door that hemming can be done in 30 min. The earliest pick up was 4 days - The pants were hemmed too long despite being great when we did the pinning together. Not sure what happened there - Washed the pants once and one of the hems came completely undone. Now I'm going to another studio to have them rehemmed. Big waste of time and money.

Very professional work. I had a denim jacket taken in on the sides. They undid all the seams, made the alterations and sewed it back up like new. You can't even tell it was altered.

I saw all the great reviews and thought I would bring in my suit to be tailored, but ultimately I was just very disappointed. The shop looks really run down and the seamstress was extremely rude. The entire time she was pushy and would talk down to me condesendingly while taking my measurements. The turn around time was also ridiculously long, which was something she didn't tell me until after I wasted my time having her take my measurements. In the end I didn't end up even getting my suit tailored by them cause of the terrible experience. Can't speak for their quality of work, but with how terrible their service was I would not recommend this place to anyone else.

P.S. : je n'ai pas parlé du prix parce que ce n'est pas forcement l'element le plus determinant lorsqu'on veux arranger des pieces de tissus qui nous deja couté beaucoup d'argent. Meme si au passage leurs prix ne sont pas si exorbitant.

Fantastic service. I called a few other places and they would even consider fixing my boat cover. Sylvetta I think that's how you spell her name. She said bring it by and I'm sure I can fix it for you. When I showed up she said she could do it within an hour! Plus she gave me a great deal. Lilley would have paid double elsewhere and likely wait a few days. Oh and she fixed some clothing issues that i had at the same time. Definitely coming back.

I brought in two pieces, one needing sleeves shortened and the other with a rip. They did a great job, the sleeves were the exact length and fold I was hoping for. The rip on the other piece was stitched up beautifully, you wouldn't have known it was there. Both repairs were done on time and I paid at the time of pickup. The prices were exactly what was quoted. I would definitely go back for future repairs.
