I had an excellent service at this location from Roberto (or Rodel?) who hails from Eritrea. I was impressed by his work which was outstanding because it hardly looked like there was a tear in the clothing anymore! Honest, hard-working individual and a cost effective business, highly recommend more people to visit for tailoring needs. I know I will again.

Great. Called ahead and rushed in with a friend 15 minutes before closing to get our suit jackets tailored the day before we needed them. The guy has a really chill demeanor and happily fitted the suits, including making recommendations for adjustments beyond what I initially thought I needed. He had them ready for us in the morning and it looked amazing. Price is very reasonable as well.

Brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed, and another pair that had a seam come undone. They told me the seam was minor, and that they'd fix it at no charge. Both pairs of pants were ready the next day. Extremely satisfied with their work. Only $14. Would highly recommend.

I needed a couple zippers fixed and the work done at Tina's was superb. They removed the old stitching and installed the new zippers expertly and the price was fantastic. This is definitely our new shop for all repairs and alterations! It hard to find if all you have is the address; Tina's door is on Walpole Avenue.

Gave them my grad dress two weeks prior and set a pick up date. Went to pick it up and they “ forgot to do it” because it was “buried” and they got busy. Do not recommend.

I brought two vintage fur coats in that both needed work. They had rips in the lining and at the pits of the coat, I also had some loose buttons. I just picked up both coats and they look brand new! The stitching is perfect and seems pretty sturdy. Pricing was reasonable too. We’ll see how they hold up over the next few weeks, but over all a wonderful experience! Great customer service too, will definitely be bringing all my alterations to Tina’s.

We did not receive good service from here. Our measurements were wrong and the sewing was crooked. We were told it would be done by Friday but when we came to pick it up it wasn’t ready yet. We won’t be returning here.

Small store with only one staff member when I went. It was hard to understand and work with the guy but he was great at what he did. It took longer than I thought to get my pants altered (1 week) but they were great after the alteration!
