Last week I brought two dresses to be hemmed and the total was $32.00. When I picked up the dresses, I dropped off another dress which was the same size, same material, same length, same company as the others. I was charged $40.00 for a one inch hem on that one dress! When I questioned them about it, I was told that the prices had risen. Bottom line is their prices are not set in stone or posted anywhere, and they make them up as they go. Very disappointing.

They did an excellent job repairing a zipper on a high end fleece jacket that I love for a very reasonable cost. Work was done on time and perfectly. Having recently moved to Cumberland, they will be our family tailor.

My go-to for tailoring services! Ahmed is very skilled. He has altered my western dresses, traditional Indian wedding outfits (which, believe me, are not easy to alter! Especially with all the beadwork/sequins) and even my little girls’ party gowns. I’ve never had an issue and have always been very satisfied with the quality of his work.

We brought five suits to be cleaned after my brother in laws funeral. Went to wear them again for a funeral. Five pants were missing. Went back for the pants. They are missing, not their problem, very rude.

Completely dissatisfied with there service requested heavy starch got nothing asked for creases in my jeans got nothing and payed 47.00 for wash and?????save your money go elsewhere

Returned pants whose hem came out only after the 2nd wear. I understand this happens but did not anticipate the lack of cooperation by the business. Initially they would not honor the request to repair their work because THEY did not record the pick up. Instead told me they would charge me again. When pressed they found the slip and did repair their mistake. Standing behind your work should not be st the customers expense. Nearsighted to lose a long term customer over $4.

I’m not sure why so many bad reviews. The young gentleman that works there (Ahmed) really does fantastic work. This is the only place I will bring my clothes now and I always ask for him.

I had my dress hemmed and taken in for my sister's wedding. I went back for my friend's wedding because the bride thought my dress was too long and the woman told me it didn't need to be hemmed at all. It made me happy because she could have just as easily told me I needed it done for the money. Honest and reliable.

If I could give them negative starts I would. I wear suits everyday and have to have them tailored. I figured I would give them a try since they are close. Well I had 2 high end suits fine by them less than a month ago and the pant hems fell out on both. One before a big presentation. I brought them back and asked them to be fixed. I was told I was going to be charged! Less than 30 days and 2 wears each! So they wanted to charge me again for their shoddy workmanship. Never again, steer clear of these people!
