I've been to a few different tailors and this is definitely the best experience I've had. Got a pair of shorts and a shirt tailored, both where done very well. They both had a great fit but were also tailored such that I still had great range of movement. I would definitely recommend this tailor.

I went to this place to have my curtains hem the woman quoted me one price and I agreed to that when I went to pick up my item she almost triple the price She is a scam diss honest rude person she doesn’t like to give receipts and I paid her in cash never ever use this company If I could rate this as a zero I would She told me she was not the owner and she is her husband confirmed it when I went back there for the third time Be aware!

This is the friendliest, warmest, and most delightful tailor. I love going there, even though it means I am saying goodbye to an article of clothing for 3-4 days while they do their work. Having said that, their time frames for getting work done are very reasonable, and they are super delightful to work with. They have improved the longevity of perhaps 10 of my articles of clothing, over the years. I'm always positively delighted with the work that Nadia and her ladies do, they're fantastic and super wonderful to work with. It also feels good to support a local business that's doing their best to get by. Ever since my first time walking in the door, I've felt truly cared about and important. Bless this wonderful business!

This is a great place to take clothes for alterations! I cannot recommend it enough. I had a fantastic experience here, the lady was very friendly and funny, and did GREAT work on my bridesmaid dress in a short amount of time for a very fair and competitive price. I will definitely be coming back for any future alterations!

Horrible experience, took a bridesmaid dress in for a fitting, he made it too tight and the bottom was uneven and the back which was lace started to bulge. When I asked him to fix it he wanted to charge extra because I did not ask for that in the first place. It should have been part of the initial assessment. Charged over 100 for nothing... Had to take the dress elsewhere to get it fixed.

Thrifted a size large jacket and took it in. It's still a bit big on me in the body, but that's what I wanted. Nadia took the measurements I wanted in just a few seconds yet tailored the jacket perfectly. It was my first time getting something tailored and I'm very pleased - price is very reasonable too. Highly recommend :)

5 stars truly doesn’t feel like enough! I brought in a dress that I needed tailored very quickly for an event on Monday (brought in Saturday), I arrived in the morning, and they had it finished by the afternoon! I got there an hour before open accidentally, but Nadia let me come in anyway, and was extremely kind all the way through. I told them I’d be able to get it Monday morning, but by 1:00pm the same day they called me to have me come in and try it on. After trying it on I decided I wanted a different type of adjustment done, and Nadia had it complete within an hour and it was PERFECT! She even stayed open a little later to be there for me to pick it up. Price was beyond fair, and the dress looks exactly as I hoped! Amazing rush service, very kind and very good pricing. I have a pile of clothes at home that I have been waiting to have tailored by someone I trust, and I know where I will be bringing them now!

Brought my prom dress into the store less than a week before prom to have altered, the service was amazing and the alterations were done beautifully. Will never go to another tailor again! Best in town!!!

I took them two items to do simple work on. They quoted $35 for the entire job. I agreed. Upon pick up they then claimed it was now $70 because it was more work and/or the initial quote was only for one. When I protested, the price dropped arbitrarily to $50. If you decide to use them, be sure to get everything IN WRITING. I will not use them again.

My husband brought his favourite leather coat with a very difficult repair (wasn’t just on a seam, it was actually torn, as well). They quoted a price and charged less and did a fantastic job!! We actually had to try and remember which sleeve was torn because they did such a good job, we couldn’t tell the difference! Highly recommend!

Poor quality I had 3 pairs of pants hemmed. The stitches are not straight! One pair needs to have the hem glued (they charged extra for that, which is reasonable if they do a good job), after one wash, the glue comes off. What a shame!

I dropped a backpack off to get the zipper fixed. Nadia told me it would be ready in 2 days, and I even phoned to confirm that it was ready. When I arrived, it was still broken and she told me that it must not have gotten fixed and to come back in 2 days. She ended up fixing it, but when I asked for some sort of discount for my inconvenience, she said she would give me one next time. I don't think I'll be back.

My husband called earlier this season to inquire about getting new zippers on our winter coats. Over the phone he was told that it would not cost over 100 dollars for two coats. I brought the coats in and spoke with the owner. She said that each jacket would be around 50. I said I wanted the cheapest zippers, one-way zip was fine. I went to pick up the coats and I was charged 158 dollars. When I questioned the cost, she reduced it by 10 dollars. This is still significantly more than I had expected. I would have purchased new coats. I will not return.

The owners are incredibly friendly and provide excellent customer service. I brought 3 of my jackets in for repairs and they were able to fix all three by the next day; completely unexpected! Their prices are very reasonable, the cost for all 3 repairs was much less than I was expecting. The quality of the work is also very impressive. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for tailoring services.

I brought in 2 blouses for dry cleanings - BOTH came back with new stains that they did note have when I brought the in. I pointed this out to the owner(?) who stared at me blankly and said he could send them back for another round of dry cleaning. Again, both came back with stains. Again, he stared at me blankly and offered no compensation for their errors. One of the 3 new marks on my shirt was the perfect print of an iron on the back... unacceptable. I will never bring clothes here again. It cost me 17 dollars and 2 ruined shirts.

Will not go back due to dishonesty. I decided to give them a second chance after they ruined a dress of mine about a year ago. This time I took in a sweater dress and asked them to close the slit on the side that was too high for me. Nadia said it would cost $25. (Dress cost me $34.99 at Winners) When I went back she asked if I was paying cash or debit. I said debit. She then charged me $29.50 and said they had to do something extra to the dress that made it cost more. Charged extra to cover her debit charges.

Needed a repair done to a leather motorcycle racing suit and a new zipper as well. Dropped it off on a Monday, they said pick it up on the Thursday. Express had all work done on time and the quality of work was excellent. Pricing was not cheap, but compared to other quotes of $130 and up, the $75 I was quoted was more than reasonable. I am taking in more leather work this week, and I highly recomend this little shop.

I brought my girlfriends pants in to have the zipper fixed on her favourite pair of pants. The pants were black and they used blue thread instead of black, unacceptable!! Not only was the work complete crap but there prices are outrageous!

Took three tries for my dress to be the same length all around and then I was charged 30.00 more than initially told to me to cover the time it took them to fix their own errors in the hem being one length on one side and three inches longer on the other. Won’t go back!

I am thrilled with the work done here! I had a bridesmaid dress altered in my hometown in Muskoka and when I got it back 72 hours before the wedding I noticed it was still way too long. As the wedding was out of town I didn't have time to get it fixed by the original tailor. I took it in to Express with less than 24 hours until the wedding. He not only fixed the hem but also fixed some issues with fabric bunching at the sides. I did pay just over $100 but considering the quality of work and little time he did it in I think this price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
