They are awful. I went in to have breast pads removed from my dresses. Not only did they not removed them but they ruined the material. It gets worse, they changed the straps. I asked them why they did this. The wife screamed at me calling me a liar.The husband refunded me and said nothing. They ruined my dresses and didn't even do what I asked. No apologies or anything.
