DO NOT BRING YOUR BELONGINGS HERE ....I've been using this drycleaners for 3 years and this spring brought in my $1000 winter coat for a new zipper. When that zipper broke this week and I took it back, they accused me of lying about where I had the zipper done, saying they only use plastic zippers. After repeadtly explaining what I had been told "I'll replace with metal, it's better than plastic" both the seamstress and manager insisted I was lying, and laughed when I asked them to look up their receipt book. They eventually took the coat and when I picked up the repair, it had been resewn SO BADLY that the zipper was loose in parts, and the coat was completely misaligned. Not only that, but they had clearly done a rushed bad job, not a single straight line of stitching, just a rushed and damaging job. My cost is no longer waterproof down the front because of the way they reattached the zipper, it looks like a child has mended it, and now I have to buy a new coat.
Gordie the owner and the seamstress were SO rude, I couldn't even believe I was being spoken to this way- and in front of a small child as well. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BELONGINGS . As a side note, they had "lost" 2 of my carpets in 2017 but I figured, these things happen and after a few months they turned up, so I carried on bringing my clothes and those of my employer here. Please do not use this business, and if you absolutely have to, keep every single receipt. I am so disappointed, and after being accused of lying (over a zipper replacement)and spoken to in such an ignorant and aggressive manner I hope nobody else ends up in my position. No human deserves to be spoken to in the way I was this week, I don't normally post reviews, but hope this will save others from throwing money away like I've done.
