I have no complaints about the customer service or the actual cleanliness of the garment, that was great, my jacket is super white, the button beautifully sewed-on. However, it is now a size smaller. It's a cotton/ denim jacket, "dry clean only". Very disappointed that it shrank so much; the sleeves are shorter and I can barely move/ raise my arms. I'd love to support eco-friendly "dry cleaning", but maybe it shouldn't have gone in the tumble drier (even if it was for 5 min on lowest setting)... not sure if this is where it went wrong. Maybe this isn't the right "dry cleaning" process for this particular material. Jacket's not wearable anymore.

FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR GARMENTS : AVOID. They do not know what they are doing. They ruined 5k worth of suits in a very obvious way ( shrunken lapels and neck line, fabrics like cashmere turned to sandpaper, shapes of the suits became flacid and lifeless, and the inner layers of the suits were completely destroyed/ shrunken and all bumpy). The worst part is that they didn't see the damage. They did not want to admit having destroyed these suits, which were brand new. My only recourse was to sue to get my money back.

I brought my coat in to have a button replaced (along with some other items). When I arrived home, I discovered that they did not replace the button on the coat. I called them to explain the situation. I returned to bring the the coat and returned again to pick it up the next week. I was charged $4.49 for the missing button. This was notwithstanding my request to not be charged given the circumstances.

Sent two suits for dry cleaning, got one hole inside out for each jacket, both on the back and on the internal lining, as if something pierced through both jackets at the same time. Did not find out until wearing one of them sometime later. The store offered to send to a diagnosis lab to find out cause of damage. I did not do as suggested because this is not a dry cleaning damage but a physical damage. For the next time, I'll take pictures of expensive pieces before sending to any dry cleaner, and examine the items carefully before actually taking them back. I would like to believe that they treat clients with care, but when inccidents happen, it is simply unpleasant to everyone.
