First time customer, I called earlier to see if I could get my prom dress altered with only one and a half weeks until prom. They said they could do it and to come by tomorrow. I went and the staff when so kind and professional, and had ellexent asked for opinions. She had it done in four days, i tried it on their and getting tailored was the best choice I made.

i am very upset with how my 4 pairs of pants turned out. i went there to eat them hemmed, and the only pair that was done almost the way i asked was the one i tried on at the store. they were STILL big and baggy even when i asked for them to be smaller. i payed for the 4 pants, and one of them was not even hemmed. it is still the same as it was when i dropped it off. we spent 76$ on them. i cant even try to roll them because you could see the stitch.

Accommodating Service, Helpful Suggestions and Quality Alterations. We had many clothes with multiple alterations and a short timeline to make them perfect ... the lady at the Tailor Shop got right down to business and made a lasting impression of what The Tailor Shop is all about. She offered great advice with fit, educated us with why some alterations were necessary (and some unnecessary), as well as tested the alterations for comfort and practicality before commencing work. Her finished work was indistinguishable. She understands body types and we may not be perfect, but we feel like a million bucks in our clothes now.

Amazing service with alterations staff members had a gown that need to be takin in on the sides a few days before a wedding and they were able to accommodate me! The dress fit me perfect! That staff was great and very professional will definitely go back!????

I called in to inquire whether or not they did repairs, the gentleman on the phone said they do, traveled 15m to the store only to have the seamstress say she didn't have the time at 12pm to fix them. I asked if they could hold it and do it tomorrow and she said no. Clearly this is a business not interested in making money.

Brad was absolutely amazing!!!! I arrived from Calgary to attend a funeral and came to Brad in a panic. My husband’s suits were all wrinkled from the luggage. Brad was super busy and wasn’t sure he could get it done. Once I explained my situation he told me not to worry about it, come by before closing and he would make sure it was done. When I arrived it was done and looked amazing. I went to go pay for the amazing and service and he said not to worry about it. It is so amazing that there are still genuine and caring people in this world. As London being my hometown, I visit a lot. I will be back! I have also passed onto my friends and family that Tailor Shop is the place to be.

experience was so bad with the Tailor Shop I had to write somthing if I could give it -5 STAR I would. I needed pants hemmed but I needed them done by the end of the day. I called a couple of days earlier to make sure they could do it guy on the phone said sure no problem. I go there for 9am when they open and the lady in short black hair greets me when I come in. When I tell her the same thing I said on the phone, that I needed them done by the end of the day she laughs in my face and when I say I called earlier and they said they can do it she didn't believe me treated me like a liar. Disgusting customer service if you can't do it that's fine just say so don't laugh in my face. Jokes on them I run a company dozens of pants will need altercations drove 3 Kilometres down the road and they were more then accommodating. Don't worry I will be telling everyone where not to go

I found the Tailer Shop online and they were excellent. I had a bridesmaid dress altered and another dress dry cleaned. The service was great and quick. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The dress fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend them for all your Alterations and dry cleaning needs.

I was so impressed with the friendly knowledgeable staff, the prices and the facility itself, that I returned with 4 additional pieces of clothing. I went here to get some pants hemmed and some shirts adjusted for an upcoming wedding. They did a great job and the pants look great since they maintained the look of the original pants so well. I find people who want great alterations done must allow an appropriate amount of time for these alterations to be done. I thought I was leaving it last minute by dropping the pants off three weeks before the wedding but he was pleasantly surprised having that much time to make the alterations. I highly recommend the Tailor Shop for their workmanship and expertise.
