Ignorant lazy/incompetent staff. Rudely acknowledged me, then refused to do measurements for me. Said the owner could do it but she was somewhere else, told me to grab a flyer for her new location. Don't waste your time here, go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else.

AMAZING! I remember I was panicking a day before an important event and it was almost closing time, yet the owner insisted on helping me and fixed my pants for me. She is wonderful and so are the rest of the employees at this shop. The prices are reasonable and the service is good and fast. I highly recommend them

I went here to get an emergency alteration done on a bridesmaid dress (only 2 days away) and met with a wonderful seamstress who calmed my anxiety and provided prompt effective service. Thank you! Great little spot!

They do very good work here, even if the price is a little expensive ($28 for a skirt and a dress hemming) and the turnaround is quick (it was a week for me). However, I will not be back – the employees are very short with customers, very impatient, and sometimes rude. I had this experience with two employees – one when dropping my clothing off/having measurements taken, and one when picking up. This leads me to believe that it's not just one employee having a bad day, it's a lack of care about customers.

Beyond horrible! I wouldn’t even rate this place one star. I brought in a dress that needed to be brought in st the shoulders and a pair of baggy jeans to turn them skinny. She didn’t even alter my dress and the jeans she barley took in. Charged $80.00 for her to do nothing and was completely rude the whole time.

I always go to this place if I need some tailoring service, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. I just went to get my coat zipper fixed as it got stuck on the fabric and they fixed it in one minute. I highly recommend it!

This lady has to be the best tailor out there! I got my prom dress altered with her and she listened to my ideas so carefully and she altered it perfectly and made my dress look even more beautiful than I could imagine! My dress has lace and beading and was difficult to work with but she still finished within less than a week!! And at an affordable price!!! She gives it all amazing quality, time, and price. Thank you so much!!!!

Honest and great service. I had a coat that the zipper wasn’t working, wouldn’t keep together. There was nothing else wrong with the coat. This was my warmest coat that had been with me for many, many years. Replacing it with a similar quality one would be in excess of $700.00 I brought the coat in, had the slider body replaced for $17.90 and I was GTG. Yes it was a simple fix, but this nice lady didn’t upsell me, or unnecessarily change the whole zipper, she just fixed my coat with no muss or fuss. -19C today, -29C with the wind chill, best $17.90 I spent this week! Thanks so much!

I brought a leather jacket in to be tailored, and the lady there did not want to tailor it! She was huffing and puffing because she would have to pin it all. Why are people in business if they don’t want your business?!

I came in with three pairs of pants to be shortened and was very happy with the results. A fair price to go along with quick and friendly service. I will certainly be returning for any further jobs and have already recommended the store to my friends.

Very rude female staff member. I arrived at counter and advised her that I had pants that needed to be hemmed. I got a shrug which felt like, "ya ok and..." Simply felt like I was bothering them. At 28$ for two pairs of pants to be hemmed, I was not impressed. I will never return.

I dropped off a bathing suit to have the straps shortened. They absolutely butchered it. On top of the terrible work, the staff were so rude to me. I will never be back.

Customer Service was terrible! I had to have a vest “re-sized” for my son for a wedding he was in. I went in before ordering the vest to ask if the alterations were possible ( I had to order an adult vest as they weren’t made in kid sizes). I was told no problem. I ordered and brought the vest in with my son so they could see it. Again I was assured it was possible and would only take a week. I went in today (thankfully I have 3 weeks until the wedding) and was told they wouldn’t do it. Beyond the fact that I was assured twice they would do it and last minute they refused... the lady was beyond rude about it. I am unimpressed and will never go back. Unreliable.

I am extremely pleased with the service here. I brought it a leather jacket that needed the sleeves shortened and the sides takes in. They gave me a fair price and the job was really well done, and quickly too. I will definitely be coming here from now on!

I’ve been going here for years. The last time I was overcharged (almost double) the going rate to have a suit altered. The quality of the workmanship was poor and she did not listen to the actual length requested. It ended up making an expensive suit look like a borrowed suit from my Dad. I had to get it redone by another tailor. Absolutely shameful workmanship. Never again.

Amazing service! I went it to have them cut my daughter's pants evenly at the bottom of each leg as the material was not suited for a cuff and I could not do it without making a mess. She showed me exactly how to do it for next time and then cut them perfectly. She was so patient and kind and did not charge me. I had been dreading this errand for weeks and instead it was a fast and pleasant experience. They have always been able to help me with all my alterations with fast and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.
