I needed a pair of work pants hemmed ASAP for work as I only have limited pairs. The lovely owner was super polite, got me in very quickly and I had my pants back within 15 minutes. I was looking for someone to create a round ottoman slipcover. I contacted several local people and Loose Threads provided a prompt, professional response. Due to Covid we corresponded by text message and she quickly figured out what I wanted and provided me with a quote. We set up a safe, distanced outside meeting so I could drop the fabric off and she rechecked my measurements. I liked her so much I asked her to create two! When the project was completed I was delighted with the end result. So crisp and professional. I would use Loose Threads again!

She was available to schedule me in for measurements right away and was flexible about times. She measured my skirt carefully and quickly, and was very personable. My skirt came back way before I was told it would be finished and the price was more than reasonable. The skirt fits great and the work is high quality. Super happy with my experience and definitely recommend!

Nicole was able to figure out exactly what needed to be done to 3 dress shirts and 3 pants for me in a 15 minute fitting. The turnaround time and prices were very fair. Nicole is the only person I will ever trust for alterations. I had a jacket that needed some TLC and she was fantastic. She took my appointment right away and was very thorough when walking me through the process as I have never had anything altered before. We weren’t sure if we would get the same colour for the zipper as it is not a common colour, but she made magic happen and it looks better than it did when I bought it! Nicole communicated with me the whole way through and her work is absolute perfection. If you ever need anything altered or mended, 10/10 you need to go to Loose Threads!
