The lady who works here did a fantastic job on making adjustments to my pants. Moore’s wanted $60 to take in the waist on a pair of jeans. Le’s price was $15! $5 to hem pants, you can’t go wrong. Not to mention her workmanship is top notch. I highly recommend this place

Great pricing. I was very happy to find this tailor after so many bad experiences at Stitches and Moores. Les has fair pricing and does great work. Always polite and happy to see you. Sometimes I wish I had more legs so that I could get more pants hemmed here.

A pleasure to deal with and fantastic pricing as well not to mention quickly done. Be very clear with explaining what you need to her as English is her second language. She did our work perfectly. I've been to a few tailors in Canada and this is my favorite one so far. The woman who operates the shop is friendly, honest and does high quality work at a low price. I would have no problem trusting her with high quality clothing. If you're in or near St. James and are looking for a tailor this is an easy decision.

Fantastic customer experience. I needed a quick alteration and they were able to accommodate the same day. Great value and quality work. Very fast and efficient. I will be bringing more items there for alteration. There is plenty of parking in the back of the building and it is easy to get too on Ness.

I spoke on the phone to a lady (Thuy?) at Le Tailor about a custom design that I was trying to email or send her. She said "yes, you email me" in her poor spoken English. I asked her for the email address, but she did not know her own business email address and said "Google it". I was googling as we spoke and no email address came up on Google Maps, Yelp, DNB, but Google did find a Facebook entry. "How about Facebook?" I asked. She replied that they don't use Facebook. Ok, then what is your email address? "Google it, I'm busy". "I am Googling it, but it's not there", after which she hung up on me. Your 5 star Google Reviews will receive a correction for poor PR, poor communications but a tip to put your email address on your Google page.
