Good service, both husband and wife are very polite and accommodating. They do alterations of Indian attire, got saree blouse and Indian salwar kameez altered and they did a pretty good job.

This is a terrible place to go. My dark clothes came out very faded and damaged. They used so much chemicals that my clothes is not longer wearable without wearing a nose plug. This is the second time going here hoping for a different result, but sadly no. I do not recommend anyone to go here and wasting your money and time.

Horrific experience. I had taken my Terani designer dress for a fitting there, the owner took it on as though he’s capable and why wouldn’t I trust him? If he was unable to handle it, one would think he would tell you ‘I can’t’. I went in to pick it up the day before my engagement, and the dress was barely going on me, and the zipper was unable to go up. I was in tears, he didn’t know what to do, suggested he could have a look and try, which at this point I had lost complete faith in him and his business. He didn’t offer a refund on a service that left my dress that was slightly loose to not fitting at all. Luckily my mother in law brought me to a seamstress that actually was able to fix it for me.

Customer service is very good but customer service is not everything if u guys have expensive clothes need to do alterations give ur self a favour pay bit more do alterations from square one or any other certified mall shop thats all i have to say i did my my alterations done here very unprofessional stitches they did but at the end I actually pay more to take some where else to do the job properly or if u guys have no choice go inside the sobey there is one dry cleaning and alterations shop there she charge little more but believe me it’s worth to go there otherwise they are really nice people i am not going back ever

Their 2 hour cleaning service is excellent. I came to get my suit cleaned and I think no one else does that in the GTA. Came from Etobicoke and I'm very satisfied with the pricing and service. The owner seems to be nice as well. Will definitely come back for the 2 hr cleaning service and will recommend to others
