They advertise motorcycle garment repairs and alterations. I took in a brand new pair of riding leather pants for an alteration and the woman told me to sell them and buy a pair that fit!!! What kind of customer service is that. I will never go back to them and neither will any of my riding friends and acquaintances. Read her reply, why would you expect anything less< what a hack!

I'm very disappointed in both the work and customer service. My daughter had a new zipper put in an expensive riding jacket that was 2 years old. The zipper broke within the month. My daughter was told in an unpleasant way that she was too rough on the zipper. Will never recommend Barry's.

I called on Monday about getting a suit jacket tailored in the arms and waist before I flew out of town and was told to bring it by; was done by Friday midday and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend this family run business for your tailoring needs!!

I have been using Nelly and Barry for many many years. They feel like a part of my family. From Hallowe'en Costume emergencies to critical grad dress alterations, from custom tailored shirts on an impossibly tight schedule, to all my online purchases that never show up quite right, and any other ridiculous project I have brought to them; I have not ever, (in approximately 15 years,) EVER been disappointed! They have bent over backwards to help me through EVERY holiday deadline and every weight gain or loss I have thrown their way. Not sure if I've ever brought them anything easy and said "take your time," but they continue to impress me with every new challenge I bring!! I am eternally grateful for these two! I have always and will always recommend them to anyone who asks!!!

I dropped off a very last minute repair that I needed by Halloween. They said they would see if they could fit the repair in before the weekend and would text me if it was done early. They texted me the next day! Beautifully done and you cannot tell there was ever a rip. Extremely satisfied with the price and quality.

It is increasingly difficult to find true artisans that are not only experts in their field but also experts in customer service; I’m pleased to say that Barry’s Tailoring Co is both! I took in several pairs of pants (dress pants and jeans) and a jacket to have some some major alterations (the jacket was too big across the chest, back and shoulders, the pants were too big in the waist, seat and length). The extremely knowledgeable Nelly, listened to my requests, made suggestions and offered me alternatives. I was offered a variety of options and prices, all however were very reasonably priced. I made my choice and was given a date to pick up my clothes. On the promised date I received a message to say the work was completed and ready for collection. I collected my pants and jacket today and tried them on, they fit better now than they did when they were new! The quality of the work is exceptional, there is no sign that they have been altered at all. I cannot speak highly enough about Barry’s, they are everything you could hope for and need for all your tailoring requirements. Thank you for your skill and service, both are a credit to your trade.

I had the shoulders of a sport coat narrowed. Apparently this is a notoriously difficult thing to do, so I was holding my breath on the outcome. The shoulders ended up looking perfect! Would 100% recommend.

Excellent service. I brought in some work pants to have a zipper fixed and another pair hemmed. They had it ready for me the next day so I could bring them up to camp with me in 2 days time. The work done was also flawless. I highly recommend this place.
