I absolutely loved my experience and would recommend this place to everyone! Lilit and the team made me feel SO warm and welcome every time I visited. They did a couple alterations on my wedding gown (which was entirely covered in sequins and intricate beading), that made it fit and feel so much better. They took such great care with the dress, it looked perfect and the price was totally reasonable. I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting my wedding gown altered here! Purchased a dress online that needed serious alterations to take in the top half at least a couple of sizes, including the bodice and sleeves. The ladies here were able to complete the work in less than three months, including moving quite a lot of lace around, and the final product was stunning! It looked like it was made to order, fit like a glove, and made me feel absolutely beautiful on our wedding day. I cannot recommend these ladies enough. They are amazingly skilled and I would not hesitate to trust them again or recommend them to anyone looking for expert alterations. Thank you again for helping to make my special day so perfect!

I've never been happier with an alteration. I love my dress. It needed a shortening of the lengths of two layers but it was not a straightforward job and I'm glad I didn't take it to just anyone. I didn't have the time to try it on before I took it home, but it was exactly what I wanted. And also, you two are lovely people. I'll be back soon!

The owner is totally out to lunch! She had originally requested $305 to make very minor alterations to 2 suits, and after the job was complete, called on a blocked “no caller Id number” and advised that $305 was only 50% of the bill. She was seeking over $600 for minor alterations on 2 suits! No way that was happening.... She provided no paperwork before they began work (indicating the price etc) and she takes no responsibility for the billing discrepancy - and advised that she would not be making any changes to her process...No chance I’ll be visiting this business again. Totally out to lunch on the price, takes no responsibility and has a horrible attitude toward customers. Everything above noted is accurate and true, her response to my review just further goes to show her arrogance and horrible attitude towards customers, and her refusal to take responsibility for this discrepancy confirms her ignorance. You operate like a SCAM, advises the cost is $300, (that is paid up front), then after the client picks up the suits, you call me at home 30 mins later and advise that was only 50% of the bill, and the total cost was $600 for minor alterations! What a joke... If you are a professional business, (which you proport to be), please show me the price list and work order agreement that was filled out for the $600 service. Ever dry cleaner and tailor provides you a slip with your number and the costs of the service. No chance anyone would pay you $600 for a two week turn around time on tailoring 2 suits! You call 2 weeks a rush? Are you out of your mind? Same or Next day is considered rush, not 2 weeks. - Don't claim you were so busy that 2 weeks is a rush for you, it was dead in there.

Found this third floor tailors on google and they exceeded all my expectations. They worked magic on the my blazers so nobody couldn't even tell that alterations were done. Definitely pleased with both the quality of my alterations and the price. Will never go back to a dry cleaner's. The only downside is a bit longer than ususal turn-around. But it is understandable with this level of quality. Highly recommended.

They were super quick to respond and told me to come by and bring in the blazer. The job was done quickly and efficiently and they were awesome during the entire process. My blazer looks fantastic! Lilit and the team were amazing here! I recommend them to anyone who has a wedding gown that needs alterations - and the accommodate a quick turn around. I bought a size 12 gown with beading and lace that needed to be altered to a size 4 - in 2 1/2 months! They were patient, accommodating and detailed in their work. They even came in on days off to see me when I could not make regular business hours to ensure I got my dress on time. They had to move lace and overlay, fix beading, add cookies and ribbon, and so much more. It was all done perfectly and my dress was an absolute hit! They listened to my concerns, and made sure it fit how I wanted. It was a showstopper, and all thanks to them. Excellent altering requires excellent skill. These ladies have it. You will be charged what their time and expertise is worth, and believe me, it's worth it. Once i could go in, they allowed me to come in and fit my wedding dress multiple times before they cut any material, gave me good ideas for the day of in regards to my veil and were very friendly and profesional. Everything was done to my satisfaction and it was completed within 6 weeks. I would definitely get other things altered by them. And for what I did it was reasonably priced. Brilliant! It’s my first experience with Third Floor Tailor and they didn’t disappoint. I brought in 2 pairs of jeans that I needed to make a lot smaller at the waist. I thought the situation was hopeless, and was pretty sad about it, because I had spent a lot of money on the jeans. But Lilit assured me that she’d be able to fix them up. I was a little iffy, but I figured the jeans were a write-off if she couldn’t, so what was the harm in trying? I went in yesterday to pick them up and they fit perfectly! I couldn’t believe it. Not only that, but I had one paired hemmed. The original hem was frayed a bit at the bottom, and I asked her if she could do the same thing. She did and they looked amazing. But what really sets this place apart for me is that Lilit asked if she could keep them for a few more days to bleach the fray as she thinks it will looks better like that. This shows that they really go above and beyond, and care about each of your garments looking perfect. They aren’t some walk-in tailor that does your alterations in an hour, because they take the time to make sure they’re done right. Also, it’s clear that they have a lot of experience in fashion/design/tailoring (I didn’t think it would be possible to do what I asked, and was told by another place I went to - Magic Tailor - that it wasn’t). But because they’re so skilled at Third Floor, they find a way to make it work. I will forever bring all of my alterations here. I’m so happy to have found this place, and highly, highly recommend them. Thank you so much for saving my jeans, Lilit and Lana!

Lilit and team are AMAZING! I am starting a company selling modern baby carriers and needed a first sample created based on my inspiration and design sketch. Needless to say, it was a little bit of an out of the box project! Lilit was so wonderful and was actually really interested in the fact that the project was so abnormal. I had hired another full service manufacturing company to take on the project initially, but even with detailed designs, they were not getting it. From the first draft with Lilit, the sample was PERFECT! I would have taken it right off the mannequin at that point and been so happy. Lilit has such a great modern eye and added so much to the design, I don't think I could have gotten such a great sample without her! From the first iteration of the sample, we tweaked several more times for fit, so that everything was perfect. Lilit was also very organized, communicative, and on time with meetings and completion of the project. I can't recommend 3rd floor tailors enough. Thank you Lilit!

She sourced the material and came up with a creative solution, all while communicating very transparently on options and with very reasonable cost. Repairs were done beautifully and now you can’t even tell there was any damage - highly recommend for their service and quality.

100% recommend this team! 3rd floor tailors really went above and beyond to make sure my dress was fitted perfectly in a short time frame. With COVID-19 restrictions, we had to re-schedule many times, and they always followed up, and rushed my dress once they opened up to make sure I would have a perfectly fitted dress on my wedding day. At one point I told them it didn't have to be perfect, as I knew they were extremely busy, and Lilit told me, “we will make it work”, and it gave me so much reassurance. I received many compliments on my dress and it fitted perfectly on the wedding day. I can’t thank these guys enough!
