Brought in brand new pants to be hemmed. Horrible job! And the stitching on the sides near the pockets had been ripped open. Would NEVER recommend them! They ruined two new pairs of pants.

Probably the best tailor I have ever visited!! Dropped my riding vest off, for a new zipper and snap, Monday afternoon and they called Tuesday morning with the work complete! And the best part is they did an amazing job, it was cheap and fast!! I will need back to have anything fixed or altered!! Thank you very much!!

Extremely overpriced and not accommodating. I brought a blazer in to have the shoulder pads taken in and the back a bit as they suggested this. They charged me way more than the blazer is worth and told me it was because of the time it took. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Bought a zipper , not the whole thing just the piece that locks the teeths together and charged me $15 for it and put it on after I told her twice that I was gonna put it on myself but insisted on doing it and then charge me for it ...ripoff , will never go there again .

I've had a few jobs done here before. In short, Zebby's is no longer the price leader, and I don't find the service to be great. I had two cuts to a tshirt done to make it fit better. This is pretty basic stuff. Took her a couple hours only. But she charged me $50. I asked her if this was correct and she said yes. It was awkward so I paid it but I regret doing so. I recommend elsewhere because I think there's a bit of gouging going on here.

I ordered several items of clothing on line and when they arrived, they were all too small. I took them to Zebby's and within 3 weeks they had all been altered to fit me. The work was beautiful, the service lovely, and two of the pieces are very complex and look like new. I will always use them, and I recommend them to everyone.

Completely messed up my daughter's prom dress to the point where we had 2 days to get it fixed & the seamstress who fixed it actually laughed at the way the ruined parts of the dress. Zebby's folded the strap and stitched it down with the beading sticking out in between, it's missing beads, there's a small tear in the fabric and after everything it didn't fit. Avoid this place like the plague. I had posted photos on their Facebook page but they've hidden them. They know they're shady

Went in to get a pretty bad rip on my couch cushion fixed it was a long shot as I wasn’t sure how it would look afterwards or if anything could be done.. Let’s just say she is really good at what she does.. She was very timely and phenomenal with what she did.. I can’t say enough as to how amazing Zebby’s is.. ???????????????????????? Definitely recommend this place for all tailoring needs

Not Happy at all. This the second time she did not do what I asked. I ended up doing the work myself because Zebby's sucks. I will never go there again. Over priced as well.

I was a customer of Zebby's for years. However, one day I took a shirt in to be altered. It was taken in so much, that I couldn't even do it up. When Zebby saw me with the shirt on, she took it out as much as she could, but she had cut off some of the material when she did the alteration. Therefore, she could not make it big enough to fit me. Then she lied. After she took out her stitches, she said that it was now the same size it was when I brought it in. That makes no sense. Why would I bring in a shirt that was too small and ask her to make it smaller? So I never will go back to Zebby's.

Very honest, friendly and reasonably priced. I took a winter coat in for a new zipper which they quoted me $36 for after looking at it. When I picked it up, it ended up not needing a whole new zipper. They fixed it and charged me way less than quoted. I was very pleased.

Very professional and quick. The zipper on my leather jacket broke off. I was worried about just dropping the jacket off at any random place because it is a very expensive jacket. That being said, I heard good things about Zebby's Tailoring and Alterations. Zebby's was able to fix it right away. It looks brand new - my jacket looks great. I am very impressed with their business and will be coming to them for any future tailoring and alterations. I highly recommend them. Pricing was good. So sweet too!
