I have taken numerous items for alteration and never a problem. This includes 3 sets of Gi's, traditional jiu-jitsu and BJJ,in fact when the Gi's were shortened in length Sedreh Alterations even matched the triple stitch pattern on the original garment. Friendly helpful folks that will look after you completely satisfied with the quality of work and customer service.

I've been to Sedreh Alterations numerous times over the past 5 years. Always such a pleasure to deal with Semina. She's hemmed lots of our pants, sleeves and even sewn patches on my leather vests. Most recently she hemmed my new leather jacket sleeves and what can I say, my review is long over-due. I'm sorry to hear that they can't please everyone but I know it's the only place we'll use. Thank You Semina, you're the best!

Sign and hours posted were apparently current, but no one there on a Sunday, and no voice-mail for them to return calls to customers. Disappointed. Ended up going into Abbotsford where I dropped off and picked up same day.

I went there to see if she could fix the zipper(won't zip up or down) on my very expensive motorcycle jacket. She took a look at it and fixed it in a matter of minutes.Didnt even want any money,even though I wanted to give her something. Sure made my day!

Not professional and can be very rude. It should go without saying that when you dont do a job right, you fix it and NO COST to the customer. Not charge them another $100 to make the dress WORSE! its very disappointing that people think this is a good alteration place. Look in Facebook. Go to the last good one in town. Sherrys.

I will never go back. I had to get my wedding dress hemed shorter and had to get a corset put in also. She told me it would take 3 weeks. So i came back in 3 weeks told me one more week. Came back again after the week she told me again one more week. I demanded to see my dress and after fighting with me (she dident want me to see it) I grabed my dress to see it and she hadent even started it.. I gave her one more week and she did the corset told me she hemed it but yet she dident. After yet another 3 weeks to just hem it she finnished. When i picked it up i noticed that She completly hacked the bottom of my dress. And now im stuck with a dress that is completely hacked to the point of no repair. Meaning it looks like a toddler just cut away at it.. Im very disappointed and upset and I recemend to everyone not to take anything to Sedreh Alterations.

Always good for us to the sunshine coast, Langdale. The cost seems to just rise to the clients travelling while the higher ups get these large bonuses and or raises in the extremely large salaries. Would be nice to see the cheaper rates on ALL sailings.
