I contacted Kings dry cleaning as I stained my Burberry trench coat and was referred to a dry cleaner who specializes in luxury wear. I had a black tar of some sort stained all over my beige coat. The owner was open and communicative in assisting me and provided me with the best solution to clean my garment. On top of the excellent service, the results were great as my cost is clean and the price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend kings dry cleaning for luxury or any garment, and I will be a returning customer.

I took a jacket in for dry cleaning at this location and when I picked it up there were a few gouges on the outer material that weren't there when I dropped it off. When I took it back in to discuss this the woman at the counter claimed they were already there when I dropped it off. These scratches are large enough and in a location obvious enough (the front of the jacket) that there is no way I would not have noticed these before taking it in.
