I had my wedding dress alterations done here and I was absolutely thrilled with the end result. My dress was a huge amount of work, it needed to be hemmed and I had the back changed from zipper to a corset. I couldn't be happier with the incredible job they did for me!

Oh my gosh they were SO nice!!! I called them a couple Mondays ago to enquire about a rush alteration job. I was about to be a bridesmaid in an Indian wedding over Easter long weekend. We had only just gotten our completed outfits in hand the weekend before, but when I tried on my Sari I realized that the Surrey tailer assigned to finish my top didn't do it. As in.... she marked up the outside of the top with a permanent pen... but didn't actually do the alterations needed. (Insert Massive eye roll here.) Anyway, the ladies took the top for me & made the necessary adjustments. Now I know it was only a few simple straight lines of sewing... but still. The fact that they were very pleasant about altering the top overnight was really appreciated. But here's where they got me as a customer for life. Remember the pen marks I mentioned? On raw silk I might add! Well Llyod's Dry cleaner (located 2 blocks down) had seen the marks and said they could spot clean them out before the wedding, no problem. But they needed the top overnight. So the ladies at Alleycat walked my top down to the cleaners for me once the alterations were done Tues morning. They didn't want to waste any time while I was at work that day. So because of their thoughtful gesture, I was able to pick up the top from the cleaners by Weds afternoon.... just in time to drive down to start the wedding festivities Thursday morning. I SO appreciated the work they did for me, and then when they went above and beyond after that I was just blown away. Thank you!!!

My wife has MS and rides a light scooter. She chose Alleycats for her new poncho. Amberin interviewed her carefully and crafted a fine poncho using quality cloth and careful stitches. It looks classy on and drapes nicely with its eye catching reflective strips. I expect she will get many years of use out of this comfortable and rainproof cover. I recommend Alleycats
