Check your orders to avoid frustration when arriving home, but most of all, be patient and friendly to employees, even if they make mistakes ... laugh with them, be smiling and show compassion. If you only want to criticize or complain, I invite you to go give your name, if you think they are better than them, prove it in action! ???? Il y a beaucoup d'erreurs dans les commandes et les sandwich ont souvent l'air d'un crash de pain, de viande et de garnitures qu'à un burger. Par contre, ils font de leur mieux et restent très accueillants malgré toute la pression qu'ils vivent! Chapeau au staff qui se démène et fait son gros possible! L'équipe semble dynamique, j'ai travaillé dans un mcdo par le passé et j'ai beaucoup aimé la structure bien établie, les routines claires, le respect de la hiérarchie, la flexibilité des horaires, les liens qu'on fini par créer avec l'équipe...vraiment c'est une très belle expérience de travail! Pas facile, mais très formateur et si on réussi a bien gérer la pression des rush, ça devient même amusant! Alors je dirais : Vous cherchez un emploi ou du défi? Allez donner votre nom! Vous êtes client? Vérifier vos commandes pour éviter des frustrations en arrivant à la maison, mais surtout, soyez patients et agréables envers les employés, même s'ils font des erreurs...riez avec eux, soyez souriants et démontrez de la compassion. Si vous ne voulez que critiquer ou vous plaindre, je vous invite à aller donner votre nom, si vous pensez être meilleur qu'eux, prouvez-le en action! ????

Service was slow, but understandable seeing as there was a lack of employees (and those that were there looked tired out). Also strangely the drive-through didn't recognize my car as being present so I had to go inside (it did however work for the person behind me).
