Hands down the best tailoring experience I’ve had. I’ve seen the simple, yet elegant shop windows for years from 10 Mile Rd. I had items altered there over a decade ago. I am glad to report that service has remained as extraordinary as before. Both women are personable, professional and very detailed. They provide great input about alterations while assessing your personal preferences. They don’t hesitate to re alter items during a fitting. I was pleasantly surprised to have them suggest they would re tailor an area they just finished when fitting for a hem. The focus and care taken when measuring was excellent. The shop interior is clean, spacious, well organized and decorated with little well chosen accents around that enhance your time there. Dressing rooms are large and very clean. The only place I’ll go for any tailoring needs.

On my way to bring my Dad some elastic waist pants for his recuperation in a nursing home. I special order overnighter the pants but the inseam was wrong. As I was driving the nursing home I was calling tailors. 4 calls no answer at all. Not only did Mimosa's answer but she hemmed them on the spot while I waited. She took credit cards, and best of all she was professional and nice!

A funeral which was a shock came up. I called Mimosa for altercations a day before I needed it. She told me to come in as soon as I could and she asked what I needed done and man she nailed it. I’m very thankful for her being able to finish it in such a hurry and still do a fantastic job. I will be returning anything I need tailoring in the future.

I called on 5/28/20 about 4pm and a lady gave me my appointment for June 4 at 1pm. My wedding is on the 26th. I get there and NOBODY IS THERE!! I called and left a message no call back!! These ladies transformed an ill fitting bridesmaids dress, into a gorgeous piece of art that I can now wear for any formal occasion. They made a miracle happen on that dress and I couldn’t be happier! Also I couldn’t believe that it was finished a day earlier than than they told me. I had my bridesmaid dress alterations done by an at home seamstress. Thats what this mother of two gets for trying to save some money. She ended up doing a horrible job, and couldn't fix it in time for the wedding!!!!! Are you serious??? I called and Bana listened to my panic that I needed help with this dress for a wedding in 2 days. She calmly said she probably could help but didnt want to overpromise without seeing the dress. They came to my rescue ***on time as promised**** and did a beautiful job. She even did more than what we agreed on to ensure I looked beautiful for the day. THEY TRULY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! They could have overcharged me due to my restricted timeline but they were courteous and passionate. I will be referring everyone to them. If you need help, they are your people!
