They probably know what they're doing with suits, but they do not know what to do with a lace applique on a wedding dress. We got the shoulders taken in on a dress and they left them lopsided, thick, and just plain odd. Normally in a wedding dress, the lace applique is removed and the netting underneath is taken in. The lace applique is then sewn back on to the netting. He just folded the whole thing in and sewed it. The seam looked awful and made an expensive dress look very cheap. I wasn't able to attend the first appointment where he claimed he discussed his technique with my family member, but I ended up coming with her to pick it up because she felt like it looked bad. I work for a bridal store where we do alterations and I know how they're supposed to be done. When I told this to the guy who worked on the dress and that the way the shoulders were done was very wrong and she was not happy with them, he got very angry, defensive, and confrontational. It was the most awkward thing. He would not stop going on and on in this angry way even though he had already made it clear that she would not have to pay for the shoulders. I finally said that we didn't need to talk about it if she didn't need to pay for them. It was so awkward and weird. Then as he was walking away from us, he threw whatever he had in his hand against the wall. I have literally never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a customer service situation. So basically, you better like the work they do or you'll get berated by an employee.

My husband had to get a suit fitted here for a wedding. We were a little hesitant at first because we usually go to Men's Warehouse where the service can be inconsistent. This place is awesome. The prices are good for the quality of the suits, but the service was amazing. In fact, it was so good my husband ended up getting two more suits! I wish we had known about this place for our wedding. My husband also had a shirt tailored here, and it looked amazing. Overall, we were both very impressed.

This is the best men's clothing store!!!! We loved it. 10/10 would recommend. Georgie is awesome, he really knows what he's talking about and he gives excellent fashion advice. I don't dress up to often, and I recently received a suit as a gift from my future sister in-law. I figured since I got the suit for free that I should probably go to a tailor and put some money into making this suit fit perfectly. It was my first time going to a tailor. The customer service I received at Jabbour's was AMAZING. I've never felt so confident in a suit in my entire life. The personal and friendly attention I got made me feel comfortable and the knowledge of the staff helped me know that I was not going to me making any fashion mistakes. I took the suit in on a Tuesday and I was told that it could be ready whenever I needed it. This truly is a business that cares about its customers.

It's obvious George has learned from the best (his father Mike!). They brought back an old suit to life and made it way more stylish than the original cut ever was. Additionally, it was taken in two full sizes so we're not talking about a small job, these guys work miracles!! Since then, I've taken them another suit, sport coat, and all my shirts to have fitted and everything looks amazing. Furthermore, their customer service is excellent. Great place! Went in to have 2 pairs of women's pants hemmed. Was greeted with a smile and a promise to have the pants ready by the next morning. Took back to have button holes placed as requested. Told they had to have a week due to the fact they had to do button holes. Went here to alter my military dress uniform. They forgot to put a pick up date with my items so it was forgotten about for a while. I called to pick up and it wasnt ready. When I got it, it looked rushed. It was wrinkled and the wrist cuffs were crooked and asymmetrical. Not a bad place but too pricey to be doing sub-par work on a dress uniform.

Expected a quaint tailors shop. Found a men’s emporium instead. Was greeted promptly by the tailor who had my measure almost immediately. Selection would have been overwhelming but for George’s attentiveness and consummate taste. Fitting was done in a heartbeat and entire transaction was done in a half an hour. On pickup found the tailoring to be meticulous! I departed happy and nattily attired.

We just picked up my daughter's prom dress and it looks amazing! The dress is a two piece with the entire top being beaded and a trumpet bottom. My daughter could not find the dress in any store, but one store ordered it for her based on a similar dress and it ended up being a whole size too big! Needless too say we were nervous if the dress would fit her right. I'm not sure how George did it, but it fits perfectly! He did an awesome job! I also have to say that he is extremely personable, knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work. I would take anything to him in the future and would recommend him to everyone. I have a relatively athletic build so suits have historically fit me pretty boxy, but he did a great job creating a slimmer/more modern fit.
