Asked for an alteration done in 2 hours and it was done in 1.5hours. Also this was the only tailor i could find that was open at 8:30am on a Saturday which helped a lot since I had many other things to do before the wedding i was attending at two

Do not go for suits Terrible experience shortening my suit sleeves, the pictures are self explanatory. She did not put the fourth button on? And then when I went back for her to fix it she put it on crooked again? Not coming back

This place is not even worth 1star. My daughter in law left this place upset on more than one occasion due to rude treatment. What should have been an exciting time was replaced by stress. Terrible!

The store from which I bought my wedding dress recommended Fitwell Clothing for alterations. We trusted Fatima with both my wedding dress and my husband's suit alterations for our wedding in April. She was kind, timely, and very knowledgeable. Her understanding of wedding dresses and alterations always impressed me at every visit. She always took the time to ensure you were 100% satisfied with how she had things pinned and we never felt rushed at all. Also, her prices were very reasonable, and she was very thorough at explaining the work that needed to be done and how that was reflective in the price. Her transparency was greatly appreciated. You can see from the flowers, thank-you cards, and compliments that fill her store that she always goes above and beyond, especially for brides. I would recommend her to anyone!

I was told my shirt was going to be fixed, awesome!! I was told come back in two days and the shirt will be made to the size I needed it to. When I showed up on the day that my shirt was suppose to be completed, I was told no that cannot be done and I needed to supply the material. They had my contact information, they had my shirt and for two days not one phone call regarding the situation! The lady made it seem like it was my fault and I should have known about their " bringing the material" rules, but i was told when I left my shirt in their possession that it was going to be completed and made a bigger size. Very frustrating, terrible service, choose somewhere else!
