She is AMAZING! I am very short, my wedding dress had to be hemmed a lot, but I told her I was going barefoot in sand so she hemmed it extra short so I don’t trip walking in the sand since you sink down. I didn’t even think about that! I wanted straps on my dress, she designed the most beautiful straps! Picture to come after the destination wedding. I lost 20lbs in between my fittings with her so she took the dress in on that visit. The bustle is perfect! It all blends in! The dress couldn’t be any more perfect. I will be back to have the dress preserved, she does fantastic work! Also I drove 1.5hrs each way to her every visit and it was 100% worth the drive and I will always recommend her. No where near me would have anything close to the person and service she is and provides. ????????????????????

She’s a sweet lady however not happy with my dress. My dress does not look like the picture I provided at time of consultation. They did not order enough fabric and they didn’t offer to order more. This my first wedding and I should be excited about my dress and I’m not.

There were so many changes I wanted made and alterations needed and Cybele completely exceeded my expectations. She made me even more excited for my special day! She was also extremely flexible and understanding as I ended up moving to a new state during my alterations! I have always went to Cybele for my bridesmaids dresses and she has always done impeccable work, but most recently I was the one in white with a bridal dress emergency (an emergency that Cybele did NOT cause, but was caused from the bridal shop I got my dress from). She got me in and rushed my alterations and completely transformed my dress from what the bridal shop ruined. Without Cybele, my dress would have been completely ruined. She is always so bubbly and excited for her clients, and her work is perfection. I would recommend her to anyone! She is absolutely incredible!!!

Absolutely beautiful work! My daughter needed alterations to her prom gown, fantastic job! She had a full lace bodice and needed the straps adjusted. It was done seamlessly. Bottom of gosh was full on heavy two layered satin, the hemming was perfect. Her dress was done in a week! Highly recommend!!!!

I took my wedding dress to Cybele last year and she did a WONDERFUL job with the alterations! I’m short and needed a lot hemmed at the bottom, and I lost about 35 pounds from the time I bought my dress to alterations time so she had to take quite a lot in. My dress had a lot of beading which I knew could be difficult to alter. In the end, the dress was beautiful and everything I wanted and more! She is also a pleasure to work with! Cybele is the absolute best!! You will be nothing but satisfied with Cybele. The top of my dress was all beading and you would have no idea that she took it in at the top. Her bustles are amazing. She hides the buttons and the loops so well i didnt even notice they are there when I tried it on for my final fitting. All of my friends have used her as well and are so happy. Cybele is your girl!!

I had a wonderful experience! I came here for alterations for my wedding dress. I needed a hem, a bustle, and new straps. I went in for my first appointment and she was professional and helpful. Overall, a good experience. Very friendly staff, worked well with my availability. To give an insight, my top needed taken in and I had a 5 point bustle and was charged $550. (more than I anticipated) When I picked up my dress, it was not steamed and it had black strings stuck to it. The owner mentioned I could have a company she works with steam it for an additional $150. Typically, steaming is included with alterations and I was very taken back my the additional price. I only had to go in for one fitting and it fit well, I would just warn future brides of the cost and steaming services.

Terrible alterations and terrible customer service. The seamstress does not know what she is doing. She messed up my finance's dress two days before the wedding and would not pick up the phone when I called. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING to this store. Also, CLE Brides recommended this alterations, but would not do anything about this butcher job.

Cybele was an absolute angel! Because of Covid, my dress came in only a few weeks before my wedding and was almost impossible to get alterations done in time! She stayed open until 10:30 at night working so hard with my mom and I to get it done!! She looked at every little detail and refused to be finished until my dress looked perfect! 5 stars isn’t close to enough with the experience I had. Cybele is absolutely amazing and the sweetest lady I have ever met! I was recommended to Cybele by a friend kinda last minute before my prom. She was still able to fit me in and alter my dress despite all the work that needed to be done to it. I am beyond happy with how it turned out. She helped make my prom amazing! Great experience! Used for altering my wedding dress. My dress was finished on time (actually early), and it fit like a glove! She did a great job with my bustle, I have a very long train and she made the bustle so beautiful and hid all the needed loops and buttons so well! She is also such a sweet person! 15/10 recommend!!
