A great place to do laundry. There is a good number of machines and typically some are always available. The establishment is clean with laundry soap available if needed. There is also a change machine. My favourite laundry facility.

Had great experience in the past but not this time. I had a flood in my basement and my king size comforter got wet and started to smell. I took it in and told then the situation and was told no problem. When I put the comforter on my bed and I noticed a bunch of stains but I was less worried about that and more worried about the fact that the blanket still stunk like musty basement. I called they said to bring it back in (very rudely) so I did the next day. I was greeted with a bunch of excuses, that they used a special cleaner etc and shouldn't smell, but they were going to use the cleaner they use on fire items (all said with an attitude). I got my blanket back and it still smells like musty basement. I'm going elsewhere and repaying to have my favourite blanket cleaned.

I brought my suit in today Friday at 7am. I asked if I could get my suit dry cleaned today and the man working said "he did all his dry cleaning yesterday" I said I was willing to pay a premium to have it done the same day as I have a wedding to go to. He couldn't do it. Sorry Betty brite I will never be back! Also you should take same day service off your website because that's just not true.

I used to enjoy this place and enjoyed the people that worked there and me having anxiety. That's a pretty big compliment coming from me, but I didn't realize that my dad had a bad experience with them in the past and refused to go back, so it was only my brother, mom and me who went there to Do our laundry. Due to the pandemic, you can't stay in the building while your laundry is in any of the machines. The dryers are not the best because they often stop or don't dry all of your clothes even if you put in the recommended amount told by one of the employees, so when I come back twenty or forty minutes later, my clothes aren't dry. I do what anyone else would do and tell An employee that their dryer isn't working. Usually, they are pretty nice about it. They will check it out and ask you to move your clothes to a different dryer and give you the money you used from the last dryer on the new one. However, this time, it was different; one of the employees tried to say that we can't possibly put forty minutes on the big dryers even tho I've been doing laundry there for almost two years, knowing full well you can. Anyway, She proceeds to tell my brother and me how a dryer works when she knows we already how to work it because she and others taught us how to. I tell her I understand, but the dryer still isn’t working. She then gets another employee who comes at us very defensively. He tells us that he doesn’t want to argue and that it’s our fault because no one else but us has issues with the ‘best dryers in all of Chatham’ and that if we didn’t like their dryers, then stop coming here because we're not giving you the money back. I was infuriated. I didn’t want money. All I wanted to do was tell them that their dryers suck and that they should get them fixed or checked out at least. It’s safe to say that I will never step foot in their place of business again

Very nice find. It's clean, homey, personalized. Lots of seating and carts available. Cheery helpful staff, even the regulars were helpful and sweet. Good bang for your buck. There's wifi but it wasnt working when I went. Large clean public washroom. Machines take loonies and quarters. Detergent, fabric softener and drier sheets available in a vending machine that takes loonies. They also have pods for 50 cents each, I needed 2 for my load. $8 for a cold wash, and every 20 min for the drier is $1.

If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would. I brought in a vintage camel hair and wool coat that had been shoved in a bag and vacuum sealed. It was in such rough shape that I was warned the lines might not come out. I am so happy to say that it came out perfectly! I also got the coat altered- again perfect, so timely and such a good price. I wish I had taken photos, as that would be all the testimonial one would need. Such great company with amazing staff. Will absolutely be going back.

Clean and cheap. Well cheaper. I found the best bang for my buck. All of the washers and dryers were new and worked great. Where as other laundromats in town had much older equipment that was pretty unreliable. So the price was about average I didn't need to spend extra on dryers that couldn't keep up. Did I mention clean. Machines were spotless and in great shape.

Great experience as this was my first experience at a laundromat. Very friendly lady at counter helped us out. Highly recommend this place as I will be back as waiting for my new washer to be delivered.

Went there to have a dress taken in. She had to replace the elastic waist band and fix a hole. Firstly she said this will cost $20. I came back a week later they wanted to charge me $46! She said we cleaned it. And I specifically had a discussion with her prior to leaving the dress with her that I would clean it myself do not clean it. So she realized that and ended up only charging me 20. SECONDLY since she replaced elastic to make dress smaller I am now left with baggage material, horribly done! This is not how you properly take in a dress and make it worse then it was when it was bigger. And Lastly as shown in the picture I asked to have a hole stitched, you literally see them attempt to stitch it up and it wasn't even done properly there is still a hole.

Went there specifically for dry cleaning. Did a great job with the items I dropped off, was done within 2 days and price was reasonable. My only grievance is that no credit cards are accepted due to the fees associated.

I am extremely annoyed by the Betty Brite Commercials on 95.1 cool FM I get advertising frequently to build a brand. However there silly short commercials are on every 10 to 15 minutes all day long. Please get a few more quirky slogans and alternate them if you can Thanks

Very friendly staff who actually engage with their customers. I had gone in once and used a washer which ended up breaking, locking all the clothes in. It took some time to get them out, and because I went later in the day my clothes weren't fully dry by the time they closed. Not only did the staff allow me to stay after hours to finish drying them, they also paid for the cost of the dryers (without my asking or complaints) as they stated it was "an inconvience for me that it took so long". They really went above and beyond!
