AmazIng !!! Rana not only helped me during one of the busiest times of the year for alterations but, in less than 24 hours she redesigned and altered a gown for me- in time for a wedding. On a Friday night- during a holiday weekend, she was still sewing away to help me have this gown in time. Her attention to detail is absolutely incredible. Alpha Tailor Plus have an amazing customer service, i had a jumpsuit that is not easy to do and needed couple days to be done, she got it fully tailored for me in ONE DAY to get it on time for my event. And she even made sure i try it on to see how it looks and to know if i am satisfied. It looked amazing as if it was custom made for me!!! I love it !! They altered my two wedding dresses and did a beautiful job. I looked wonderful on my wedding day and i couldn't of asked for a better person to work on my dresses. They have great prices considering how much work she had to do. I am very short so she had to shorten both dresses and take both of them in, then let them out because i'd lose weight then gain it again. She completely redid the one dress in the chest area because it didn't fit properly at all. And she did it within a good amount of time. Though i did bring the two dresses in very early to make sure i gave her a lot of time to work on them. She was extremely professional and friendly towards me, though my mother and grandmother weren't always friendly towards them. She would also have me come in after they closed so she could spend time with me without interruptions. I would definitely recommend them and use them for any other alterations i might have.

There is not one bad thing for me to say about the service provided! I had to order a bridal shower dress online due to COVID and it did not fit the way I expected once it came in. The owner listened to all of my concerns and made me feel completely confident when dropping off my dress. Upon pick up she allowed me to try on the dress before paying to ensure I was happy with her work. Her attention to detail is impeccable and she altered everything exactly how I requested. Worth every dollar spent, I will definitely be back! :)
