Dropped off my dress over a month ago to be altered. She was not very friendly. She told me it would take about a month. 5 weeks later I called to check on it and got no call back. 3 attempts later she answered the phone. She told me it would be another month because she doesn’t have time. I picked it up today... unaltered to take to her competitor who will have done in 2 weeks.
