Really dissapointed. I bought these amazing great quality jeans secondhand that were too long and had two small rips in them. When I got the jeans back the hem was crooked and the rips in the jeans looked worse! These jeans were a super good find and the fact that I wasted my money and made them look worse make me so mad. The owner was nice though.

5 stars for the final product, Negative 5 stars for the attitude from the young bleached blond woman who was working at the time. She has no customer service skills at all. I walked in during lunch with my clothing pickup ticket in hand, the place was empty. After ignoring me for a good minute, she finally got up and walked to the front desk with a blank expression on her face, no smile, "hi" or anything. I said "I would like to know if my order is ready yet please", she then took my paper from me, found my clothes, and put them on the clothes rack behind the desk. She didn't look at me but she said "23", and slapped the card machine down on the tabble. "23" means 23 dollars - good to know. I paid, and she tore the receipt off the machine and slapped that on the counte too, and said "next!". She didn't hand me my order either, I walked around to the back of the counter and pulled my clothes off the hook myself. No eye contact, barely 2 words spoken. I've met the owner before, he's a really nice guy, polite, helpful, he's good. Try and get him if you go here, they do good work, but some have zero people skills. I've been going here for 7 years.

Dropped off my jacket to get sleeves shortened. Unfortunately, one of the sleeves came back uneven..Great people, but the job was not done so well. Not sure what is fair in terms of price but for 2 sleeves, 45$.

I hate giving poor reviews but I want to make sure others don't have the same issue as me. I brought a bridal dress there for dry cleaning and was advised it would take about 3-4 weeks as they need to ship out these specialty items. About 6 weeks after, I followed up and the owner kept saying it was not back, and that bridal items get returned only on Mondays. 3-4 Mondays go by and still no news, however he does not call up the company to see what the issue . There was no communication or reassurance on their end. In all, the dress was returned after 8-9 weeks, and numerous attempts on my end to follow up. The cleaning was never done due to issues with beading and staff. So, it was returned after 2 months with no work done. I was not upset about the reasoning why as unforeseen circumstances are inevitable, but rather with the lack of communication to figure out why it was so delayed. He was apologetic about the situation, but no I would not recommend this service.
