When my boyfriend is going to pick him up they told him that it was not their fault and that they will not refund and offer no solution to the situation! They are dishonest and have no sense of customer service. I do not recommend this place especially if your work clothes are expensive. Mon copain fait nettoyer ses habits de travail à cette endroit à toutes les semaines, la dernière fois ils ont rédonner son habits(qui vaut quand même 700$) à un étranger. Lorsque mon copain est aller pour le ramasser ils lui ont dit que ce n'étais pas de leurs faute et qu'ils ne rembourserai pas et n'ont proposer aucune solution à la situation! Ils sont malhonnnete et n'ont aucun sens du service à la clientèle. Je déconseille cet endroit surtout si votre linge de travail vous coutes cher.

I asked to have a zip replaced on a coat for $ 300 in addition to taking 2 extra days the coat is finished. The zipper is no longer aligned, and to hide this misalignment they replaced the snaps! I cannot imagine that as a company you are putting back a coat in worse condition than it was brought to you! If you care about your items don't wear them there ???? La fermeture éclair n'est plus alignée, et pour cacher ce mauvais alignement ils ont remplacé les snaps! Maintenant les snaps ne ferme plus en plus de ne pas avoir été installés correctement 3/5 ne snap pas /ou sont tombés ! Je ne peux pas concevoir qu'en tant que compagnie vous remettez un manteau en pire état qu'il vous a été amené ! Si vous tenez à vos articles n'allez pas les porter à cet endroit ????

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my comforter there to be dry cleaned and when I brought it home it was still dirty and covered in cat hair!! It was like they took the comforter, waited till I left, then folded it up and placed it into the bag. Waisted $40 on nothing. TERRIBLE PLACE! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
