I went in to check the place cuz you're listed on Google Maps actually under another name but they said they had to change that name for the Quebec language police. they seem to be fine I was just looking for a new cleaner that had to Taylor and their Taylor doesn't come in very often so I found a local cleaners that actually did a phenomenally excellent job that had to Taylor there every day of the week until 1 p.m. and that's what I want. I don't want to wait till see if a Taylor comes in or say has to call the tailor specialties or whatever cuz it's just a woman that sews but somebody that doesn't all the time for real. They seem nice enough and they say they've been there forever. Good for them.

Excellent costumer service. I had two garments that needed to be fixed, one that another tailor at a different cleaner had ruined. The owners came to see me and translated to their seamstress what needed to be done. She did an absolutely perfect job on both pieces for a more than reasonable price.

DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR. I brought a pair of uggs in that were brand new but a bit of gas had spilt on them. They charged me 43$ and they got rid of the gas but they added stains all over the white rim, the fur now clumps together, the leather is now rock hard and feels like it’ll crack and naturally the shape is no longer correct.

They did not give us full details about pricing (only told us total on delivery not per item) - they picked items up a day later than we were told and then took nine days to return them. We will not be using this service ever again.

The owner at this place is someone who knows how to provide exceptional customer service. I called the day before after closing hours and she still took the time to listen to my request. Came in the next morning at 7:30 and she was able to remove a stain from my blazer and other spots, have it pressed and all by 10:20! I highly reccomend this place to anyone who wants a dry cleaner that knows their stuff.

I do not recommend this place!! Went there on a Tuesday to make my pants shorter but they told me the fastest to receive it would be Saturday!!! Like come on!!! It could have been done while I’m there..Not to mention that the staff weren’t at all friendly.. I even offered to pay more for an expedited service but they didn’t allow it and were rude enough to make me never think about going back there EVEN if I have more time the next time.. And i asked them if there are any tailors in the area as I needed to get the job done, they told me there aren’t, although I later found one just after one block from them!!

These folks are amazing! I'm pretty sure they employ legit magicians. I brought a wool jacket with a large ink stain from a pen that poked through my bag and they got it all out. They also repaired the holes in the pockets on a separate occasion and I'm very pleased with the work! I later brought them a sample wedding dress with dirt around the hem and armpit stains and the dress came back looking like new. I was nervous because I love the dress and a) didn't know wheyther it would be possible to clean it and b) was scared of something happening to it during cleaning but all my worries were unwarranted. Highly recommend them!!

This business scammed me - I brought in two pairs of pants with holes to be stitched. The counter woman initially quoted $22. When I went to pick it up, it cost $62. They didn't call to ask for me to approve the new price, and kept giving me a run-around for 2 weeks telling me to wait for the manager, who was never on-site when I came by. I told them I need to sue them for the pants, and asked for her name, and she called the police on me. This business is terrible.

Had a suit dry cleaned here. Half the buttons on the sleeves were presumably lost and replaced with mismatching buttons. Was not informed of this until i examined the garment closely. Mistakes are mistakes, but it's unacceptable business practice to try and mask errors.

This might well be the best drycleaner in Montreal. They are meticulous and helpful, and do the best pressing job you will find anywhere. Whenever I unwrap something they’ve cleaned I find myself thinking every dollar was well spent. Some things even look better than when I bought them. I am very picky myself and on the few occasions where I have pointed out something I would like pressed differently they are happy to oblige. They are honest and up front about what they can’t do and why, and I get it—the garment industry makes life very hard for drycleaners with materials and components which are bound to fall apart or damage other parts of the garment. These people are honest and hardworking and doing quality work you won’t necessarily find elsewhere.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CLOTHES. Horrifying experience after being a years long customer at this store. They used to be one of the best dry cleaners in Montreal but the ownership apparently changed and it's not the same. The receptionist -MILA will lie and bully you if they damage your clothes, and threaten you with law suits if you go public with your story. It is very intimidating even scary. I brought in my Dries Van Noten shirt in a condition like the one from the website, couple weeks after went to pick it up and see the colour leaked everywhere as in the picture. She didn't explain what happened, would not check the camera to verify the accident. She would not let me speak to the management and instead she made the horrific comment: "This shirt is fake, even though it's sold through a famous department store, it is still fake" . According to her, i should trust her long experience and trust that my clothes are fake, and that it's not their fault for ruining my clothes. No empathy and pure insult. Absolutely no professionalism!

I had dropped off an article of clothing to be altered and not only was the established time delay not respected, but the price initially agreed upon had also increased without warning. I am very surprised at the excellent service I received from this dry cleaners. I left them my winter jacket and they did an amazing job . I am so happy my jacket is so clean, fluffy, material was conditioned -it looks just like new. They are kind and very attentive at what you ask them to do. They also explain the risks of dry cleaning so that everything is laid out clear. They have fair prices. Keep in mind they don’t take cc but rest of options including interac e-transfer is available and convenient. Thank you so much! I will definitely come back for all of my dry cleaning and I recommend people to trust Sparkle as their name lives up to the cleaning they do and their service is one of a kind.

I dont recommend this place, especially if you want to have your designer jacket cleaned. My jacket is now ruined, there's stains on the inside and the puffyness is gone(my jacket is flat like a tire). To be honest i dont know why i paid, i shouldve walk away. The staff will try and make it seem like it's normal... just avoid this place.

They gave me my pants without the belt they came with and told me to come back at 10 o’clock for the belt when they promised me my entire order would be ready for 7. Apparently they aren’t currently cleaning any of their own clothes and are outsourcing their cleaning, so the belt was left at the other dry cleaner. They wouldn’t tell me who the other dry cleaner is so I could go and pick up the belt myself. I don’t know why this cleaners has such good reviews - this was my first experience with them and I’m highly disappointed.

I went to this place after seeing it had “good” reviews but I’m about to think they are fake. I left two Canada Goose coats for dry clean and they ruined them both. They are NOT fluffy as before, one shrunk and the other one has the fur messed up. Worst part? They charged me 55$ for each, when Canada Goose charges you 50$. 55$ to get them ruined. Avoid this place if you can, it’s not what it seems to be.

Wanted to get a fur coat adjusted. They told me to come back in a week. I called back a week later, not ready. Ali calls me the day after saying that it would be ready for me to pick up. I paid for an Uber to get there and pick it up and to my surprise it was still sitting there unaltered.. Why would u tell me it’s ready to pick-up if it’s not?? Took back my coat and going else where. All the bad reviews here are legit. Glad I didn’t take a chance with them to fix an expensive coat!
