The service and experience is one of the best I have had from any tailor on the row, no condescending attitude and very respectful. Their suggestion and explanation about their products is spot-on, efficient even if I wasn't quite sure of my decision at the time. As the first time customer for their bespoke (And may personally continue to do so), I totally impressed because the entire heritage and experience during service is matter when you spend almost 10grands on a few clothes. Definitely, recommend for anyone.

David, Campbell, and the whole team at Huntsman are simply the best. Back in December of 2020, at the height of covid restrictions, they were still able to sort me with two pairs of trousers (alterations and all) within a business day after I unexpectedly had to stay in London longer than anticipated. Since moving to London, they’ve made a fantastic suit, a brilliant sport coat, and a bespoke shirt for me. The service is impeccable, the quality even better, to say nothing of the team itself. Couldn’t recommend more!

The place is iconic and was used in the 'Kingsman' movie for their base of operations. While it holds a very special place in the heart of the fans of the movie, - viz, the author of this post - I don't believe it's a major tourist attraction. I'm definite that the store does some impeccable saratorial work but I haven't had the pleasure to personally witness the same.

You can't take away any of the prestige or heritage of such a lovely place ,however when I walked into the store today I was greeted with nothing but rudeness. I received nothing but a sarcastic hello as I walked through the door and when walking through the shop I made eye contact with what looked to be a tailor and he simply gave me a dirty look and the proceeded to look away among all the tailors I went into today this was by far my worst experience and was miles away from the customer satisfaction given to me by the majority of its main competition. As a 16 year old I feel I was very much overlooked and wasn't taken seriously eventhough I had intentions to buy a suit.
