Terrible! I was there 3 times and they ruined a white theory jacket, a white woman's blouse, and a tan tank top. 30% of what I took can never be worn again and the owner blamed me. No refund and no replacement. Do not go here.

Pretty reasonable for clothing alterations, you need to be really specific on what you're looking for and keep in mind that you get what you pay for so don't risk anything too expensive.

Posting a negative consumer review on Google feels immensely undignified, but I’m calculating that it will make me feel slightly better than having my suit cleaned by City Centre Dry Cleaners. I had my suit dealt with by CCDC in June, days before setting off for a long trip that included a wedding. (It was my only suit; I have been wearing it for 10 years.) Alas it was only on the morning of the wedding, in Newcastle, that I realised the suit in my bag was not mine. I was looking at a mismatched jacket and trousers, both too large for me. I had little choice but to wear them for the day. I came back to London at the end of July and returned the suit to CCDC. (I should say at this point that I had lost the ticket that had been pinned to the new suit – my undoing!) CCDC promised to look into the matter for me and I left my number. A fortnight later I hadn't heard anything from them so returned to the shop to investigate. CCDC said they hadn't found the original suit but still had a couple of avenues to explore. Again, the days passed and I heard nothing. I made another appearance and was told my suit was nowhere to be found. (I am abbreviating – I think, without any updates from CCDC, I made three desperate trips.) As far as CCDC were concerned, there was nothing they could do. I disagree. I think they ought to have compensated me for the loss of my property, refunded the dry-cleaning bill and/or apologised to me. All three would have been honorable. But CCDC preferred to intimate that I was a liar who had delivered a large suit to them in a peculiar attempt to profit personally. I asked to speak to the manager and was given his number. The manager promised to look into the matter for me and call me back. Weeks passed. He didn’t. So I called again and he told me he could not help. We agreed that his preferred version of events was that I was lying about the suit and there was nothing I could do. He also told me that the suit I had brought to CCDC in June had been ‘very dirty’ – I’m not sure why he thought this relevant, unless it was to make me feel bad. It did. As far as I’m concerned, CCDC have misplaced my property and treated me with contempt. They owe me circa £60 (that’s half the price of the lost suit, plus the dry-cleaning bill) and an apology. This is less than legal advice would cost so I am resorting to an exasperated public review. Obviously I would recommend that you take your custom elsewhere.

Ruined for second time a white shirt. Second time become grey and with stains, and they kept saying it was like that color. Like if I were stupid or something. No going back any longer. You guys should have a look the suppliers you use to clean. I am sure I wont be the only one as this 2 incidents happened in two months. Ah and they also break your buttons too…better to clean and iron at home

Excellent professional and friendly service. Dry cleaning and pressing is to highest standard, and repairs to clothing (moth holes / damage) to wool, cotton and cashmere clothes is almost invisible. Genuinely feels like having new clothes again. Very impressed. Thank you.

I have been a customer of City Centre New Cavendish Street since 2004. Since then I have had laundry, dry cleaning, alterations, collection and delivery, bedding, specialty and delicate items including leather and suede, and even curtain alterations and have always had excellent results. Prices are fair, and very competitive for the area. They are a familiy business who are friendly, professional, and take pride in what they do.

I have a pair of Yeezy Boost 350 V2 in the Israfil colour. They are one of my most prized pair of shoes so when I decided to get them cleaned, rest assured I researched for the best service! A friend of mine recommended City Centre Dry Cleaners to me and said that they had a great experience with them. So I took my shoes to their store on Cavendish Street and was greeted by Zainab who was as pleasant as she was professional. She explained what the cleaning process for the shoes was and I was assured right away that I was in good hands. The cleaning took only a few days and I was notified as soon as it was done. When I came to pick them up, the shoes looked just like they did when I bought them brand new! Fantastic service and cannot recommend them enough!

Zainab is always so helpful. I have been using them for years and they always have my clothes ready on time and looking spotless. I recently needed a Chanel tweed blazer cleaning and they did a superb job, removed all the buttons to ensure no damage and then sewed them all back on after cleaning - jacket looked like new!
