For me it is inconceivable to see how a large chain like Aubainerie is not able to accommodate its good customers and to propose as an option an absurdity of this kind. I worked a long time in the stores being younger and I find this situation really deplorable. (Original) Je suis une bonne cliente de l'Aubainerie depuis des années et il n'est pas rare que je sors du magasin avec des factures de 200 $ et plus. Mais pour moi c'est malheureusement fini. Je viens de recevoir un des pire service de toute ma vie. J'achète un maillot de bain pour femme et retourne en magasin 3 jours plus tard en expliquant à la caissière que je comprends que ce n'est pas remboursable, mais que le maillot est en parfaite état, je ne l'ai même pas porté rien et j'ai garder le sceau de protection. Elle me dit que il n'y a rien à faire. Je lui propose quand même de le garder sans remboursement ni rien...simplement parce que je sais que je ne le porterais pas. La caissière (d'un ton arrogant et devant d'autres clients) me repond d'aller le porter dans la boîte pour les gens démunis au dépanneur en face. Wow. Pour moi c'est inconcevable de voir à quel point une grande chaîne comme l'Aubainerie n'est pas en mesure d'accomoder ses bons clients et de proposer comme option une absurdité de la sorte. J'ai travaillé longtemps dans les magasins étant plus jeune et je trouve cette situation vraiment déplorable.
