Milica was wonderful! She helped fix a skirt that I needed for a wedding - she went above and beyond to get it finished in my super short turn around, and it is perfect! She walked me through how she was going to fix the skirt, and she worked really quickly. I'm so happy she was able to help. I highly recommend Milica.

If I could give negative stars I would. I called 2 M tailor while I was on my lunch break at work today to see if I was able to bring in a dress that I ordered online that came in too big. The lady over the phone said that was fine and to come bring it in. When I arrived she greeted me and told me to put the dress on to do measurements. Now I'm not a tailor and I've never had to get anything fitted before, so I asked if she would be taking it in from the back where the zipper was, as opposed to taking it in from the sides. She told me this would cost extra ($35 extra to be exact) and I made a joke saying that's good for her but not good for my wallet, so to just do it from the sides like she suggested. This late started screaming and yelling at me as if I had offended her to the ends of the earth. She treated me with complete disrespect and did not make me feel welcome at all, saying she doesn't need my business because she has so many other orders on the go. I never once meant to offend her but after the way she treated me, I wish I had given her more of a piece of my mind. I will absolutely never return to this shop ever again and will advise anyone who crosses my path to stay away unless they want the worst customer service from the most unfriendly, trashy lady they've ever met. AWFUL.

This is an excellent and very experienced tailor! Unlike many experiences I have had where the job takes 3 weeks for a huge price tag, She was able to do the job in 2 days, for a very fair price and perfect! We also talked for a very long time, and I enjoyed hearing her inspiring story. I think her customer service was excellent. Best tailor in town in my opinion, and I will definitely be coming back. In fact I am, I have a wedding coming up in a few weeks! See you soon :)

Took my girlfriend here to have her dress fitted for my brother’s wedding. She ended up leaving in tears due to the terrible treatment from Milica in this establishment. My girlfriend asked her a question, & in response, Milica took is as offense & yelled at her saying she doesn’t know what she’s talking about & that she doesn’t need our business. Please do yourself a favor & avoid!

Prices were a bit expensive for 2 pairs of pants but it was ok. Just disappointed because the bottom of my pants unravelled within a week of getting them. The string was just completely hanging off one day (first day wearing them) and so the stitches all came out, and now I have to re-sew the fold at the bottom of my pants

Summary - great work, very friendly, worked with a tight deadline, candid and upfront We dropped off two blouses that needed to be let out on the Friday before a wedding we were attending. We were leaving the following Thursday morning, so we wanted the blouses back on Tuesday in case any more changes were needed. We came to pick up the blouses after the tailor let them out. She insisted my mother try them on to see if the work was done to her standards, which are quite demanding, and to ours. The blouses were nowhere close to fitting, contrary to what the shop that sold us them and measured my mom before we bought them told us. Without flinching the tailor had a backup plan ready to go. The tailor said there were additional costs to proceed, so since we had no time to get other blouses, we proceeded. She said she'd have them done for Wednesday (the next day) and would call when they were done. We came back and everything fit GREAT!! The tailor's workmanship was exquisite. No cutting corners, and phenomenal stitching! Every time we came in we were met with a smile. The tailor was very friendly and very chatty. I would highly recommend 2M Tailors to anyone who's in need of alterations or any other tailoring!

A couple weeks ago my (soon to be) wife and I visited 2M Tailor to get her wedding dress and my suit altered. Milica was extremely patient while pinning all 5 layers of my spouse's dress. It looked like tedious work but it went by fast thanks to her cheerful conversation. Our initial visit was a very positive experience. The alterations were ready by the agreed date. She did amazing work on our clothes for a very fair price. Thank you for the great work Milica. We're very happy that we've found a tailor that we can always go back to.

The best tailor in KW! Her work history speaks for itself, this is someone who is an expert in her profession. I went in to get my pants expanded a bit, tried them on in front of her and without even having to measure she just said "ok, come back Wednesday", and when I did, it was a perfect fit, don't even need a belt. She makes a lot of her own dresses in the shop, and they are very well done without question. Note how all her reviews are fantastic. She is very social, very nice, and very very skilled. I will be going back when I inevitably need my pants expanded again.

I found myself in need of a new winter coat and lacking in time to sew one this winter. I brought a pattern and beautiful wool/cashmere fabric from the Wool House in Toronto to her and she created the most beautiful coat for me with loving care and attention. I could see she enjoyed the project and took great pride in her work. From the first day, with tape measure in hand, I could see that she had skills that I did not, in custom fitting. She was patient, generous and her joy in her work shone through. I will absolutely reach to Milica again when there is something that requires extra special expertise!
