I only dry clean my uniform and clothes here, I’ve had them Alter my pants and fix my backpack and they have done a great job every time at a reasonable rate. The staff is nice too.

Great place. I've been going here for about five years now. The lady who works the front and who has done all the markings for my alterations is always very friendly. There is now new ownership and i have noticed the price has almost doubled! This is really too bad cause i was willing to make the trip across town to come here.

Dropped my coat off with a rip on the seam to be repaired. I picked it up and could tell before I put it on that they had trimmed some Material. I asked her before I put it on if they did and she denied it. I put it on and my jacket doesn't fir anymore. Instead of offering some kind of help she just says I'll refund you $20 but that's it. Well, I never asked for money, and never took the $20 but I will make sure everyone knows about their lousy SEAM repair job, and even worse customer service. Don't go for alterations here! Dry cleaning looks good if I'm being fair though.

Will never go back, if it were possible to give zero stars I would! My clothes were ruined by Shaganappi Alterations due to their negligence to read the manufacturer's care instructions. When I confronted them about the damages I was dismissed and blamed despite their liability claim on the back of their receipts that states that they are eligible to pay up to 10 times the cost of the services provided. Future consumers please beware as customer service is not of high importance at Shaganappi Alterations.

Had 3 coats cleaned, and although I told the women who worked at the Shaganappi location that my parka had fake fur on it's removable hood, she didn't mark it down. The hood off of my parka was removed at the dry-cleaning plant and not cleaned. When I noticed that my hood wasn't cleaned with the coat, the same woman just laughed it off. I must admit that I wasn't impressed, especially at those prices.

Brought in my coat to remove a stain. I got it returned with everything still on it. When I told them it still has not gone. They got mad and told me they don’t want to serve me. I was super polite, was just very surprised how that older Asian man reacted.

Lost my pants. When I went to pick them up they told me they were stained and needed to be cleaned again. Four days went by and they did nothing to look for them. When I called they said guaranteed 3:00 today. Still no pants. They offered $85 dollars for each pair of pants. The pants each cost 360$ and I have the receipt to prove it. The owner of the place Farshid Hatam was not willing to do anything to compensate me for his incompetence. He does not track anything coming in or going out is store and has no quality control. They send everything out to Tower Cleaners and I called them directly to get them involved. Talk about poor customer service.

So happy with my purchases, these face masks are washable and reuseable and come in a variety of colors and sizes. The employees here are more than willing to help with any adjustments. DO NOT GO HERE! They are dishonest & unworthy of your business. These people shrank a $525 ETRO sweater & tried their best to not accept responsibility to either replace it or provide some level of compensation. The owner is truly a vile, crude, thief who tried al sorts of ridiculous reasons to stop the issue being resolved. First, the man in his 60s told me that his dad was in hospital & he cant concentrate on the sweater. He then said that they subcontract their dry cleaning to an outside company, & the point man at that company has a wife with a brain tumor, so he could not approach that man to solve the problem. I initially found the sweater shrunk from a size XL to a size S, in Jul. 2021 & visited them 3 times when they said they will stretch it for me. I was there today, & the sweater was still in the vicinity of a size S. I dont understand how this crude, vile, dishonest man expected me to fall for his "compassionate" claims of family tragedy & subcontractor tragedy. I told him I am OK with giving him 1 week to either replace the value of the sweater or to be nice to him, I said I am OK with dry cleaning services for the said sweater. When he realized that I was not falling for his sob stories, in an attempt to CHEAT me, yes, CHEAT me, he asked me to take my sweater & leave. He is dishonest & a thief. DO NOT PATRONIZE HIS CROOKED BUSINESS. He did not offer me $280. Which is in accordance with his terms of service in regard to damages.

First off, the best part about this place is the owners! They are great people who care about the community and I enjoy coming in to chat with them. The service is always timely and the quality of work (dry cleaning and alterations) have been excellent. If you live near this business you should make it your go to spot! Highly recommended.
