I was really pleased with the quick, one day service and the quality of the repair job on my leather jacket. They did exactly what I asked for the price they quoted on the phone PLUS fixed a couple of broken seams on the inside of the jacket for no extra charge.

Amazing service and quality! I took some pants in to get taken in (they were too big) - Kay had them all pinned up within about 2 minutes, and then 3 hours later (same day!!) they were ready for me to pick up! They fit just the way I wanted them to, can't get much better than that!

My $1500 dress was sent there to be altered and Kay did a horrible job. She was asked to add a back to the dress and used the lighter side of the lining instead of the dark and matching side. All the stitching and folding was visible. She added sleeves that a head could fit into and resembled nothing of a sleeve. The lining underneath the lace part of the sleeve stuck out about an inch past the lace. Just horrible. After asking her to fix these mistakes I returned the next day to find that it was in even worse condition. Now the lining was an inch shorter than the lace. The back still on the wrong side appearing white where it should be pink. Worst of all, she insisted I pay her, which I did. The wedding being the very next morning, I had no choice but to wear it as is. Half way through the event, my sleeve came off. Go figure. Worst seamstress I have ever met in my life. She may be good at simple jobs, but do not trust her with your gowns. Worst costumer service. Her excuse was it was the best she could do. Don't take on jobs you can't fulfil! What a waste of a $1500 dress.

I've been going to Kay for years and her work is top quality. I recently lost weight, so she was able to alter my pants, skirts, dresses, etc. and she's made it fit perfectly to my new body size. I would definitely recommend her!
