Most amazing and accommodating service I've ever had. My wife and I own a spa so we bring in a load of towels and bed sheets every week. I also have my dress clothes done every couple weeks as well. I've tried a few drycleaners in my area and have finally found one that gets things done on time. They NEVER overpromise and underdeliver... and they even deliver for free when we are in a time crunch. The owners are incredible to deal with and they are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I was in town for business and the Air BnB I was staying in did not have an iron! I called Prestige at 6:45PM (they closed at 7) and they were happy to take care of my shirts on short notice and even wait for me if I was late. I got there on time and had my clothes back at 7:30 the next morning, in time to make my meetings for the day. FANTASTIC SERVICE at a GOOD PRICE. Thank you for saving my bacon!! Cheers!

Unmatched customer service. I called to see if I could have some dry cleaning done right before a long weekend. Unfortunately they couldn’t do this due to yearly maintenance of their equipment. Unbelievably, the owner offered to take the clothes and have them cleaned after the maintenance was completed at the end of the following day (Saturday). He said he’d call me around 7 or 8 that night, which he did. I went to the store and waited a couple min for him to pull up with my freshly cleaned clothes! The owner really takes pride in his work and he will do his upmost to take care of his customers.

I highly recommend this establishment. The location is incredibly convenient for anyone who lives and/or works downtown, and the establishment itself is the epitome of a "one-stop shop." I arrived yesterday with nearly twenty articles of clothing, some of which needed to be sized and carefully pinned, and one pair of shoes. I was greeted with a smile, which is a rarity in the service industry unfortunately. Marcelo was patient, and a perfect gentlemen while I frantically changed in and out of garments. I requested that a few select items be ready by the following week. He agreed to have everything ready for me by Monday, with the exception of one dress. My dress may not be ready by Monday, but only because he is uncertain he currently has the appropriate products to remove a stain from my Stella McCartney - he knew why mentioning that name was important, by the way - dress, and offered to send it elsewhere if need be. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!
