I'm going to have to chance my review, which I'm sure they do decent work there but after we had the zipper repaired within a week, the zipper broke again. So I'm not exactly sure what you fixed but it was not properly done. Brought in a pair of men's pants to get the zipper repaired, was expecting to pay at least $20, came and picked up today and I was charged less that $8.00 which never happens for me at any other place.

Came here to have my wedding gown altered. Reasonable pricing and quick turn around but unfortunately the top was not pulled in as much as I wanted and it felt very loose the day of the wedding.

I am so happy with the service I received. I called around to multiple alterations places and nobody even answered their phones. Elegant Alterations answered right away and got me in that same day. I brought in my elopement dress to be hemmed and have straps added. She was very knowledgeable and suggested a separate fix that I didn't realize I needed, but made the dress fit even more perfect than I expected. She was quick, my dress is perfect, and she was very professional and kind. The actual alterations were a lot cheaper than I expected, it only cost me $70 for a hem, added straps, and an extra row of corset loops. I have already recommended her to friends, and I will definitely be bringing in my more expensive wedding dress for next year. Very happy!

I brought my daughter to Elegant Alterations to have her grad dress altered. It needed to be shortened and she wanted a small cap sleeve added (it was sleeveless). Olga did a fantastic job. She shortened the dress, all four layers of it, and used the fabric to sew the sleeves. I couldn't tell that the dress was altered, it looked like it was made this way. The price was what she quoted us and it was done on time. Olga was easy to deal with and took the time to listen to what my daughter wanted and asked questions to make sure they both had the same vision for the dress. She did multiple fittings to make sure it was just right. I am very pleased with the job done and I would recommend Elegant Alterations.
