It was quite disturbing and unacceptable to give out an expensive jeans trousers I bought a year before just because the waist was too large for me. I didn’t try it on when I bought it. I was confident that it was my size. I had no solution to it. Then I happened on Google. The rest is history. I have visited there about three times. Each time I left beaming with smiles, satisfied that I had saved myself another precious trousers. Alterations & Repairs, perfect service!

I had my bridesmaid dress altered here. The lady was very kind and easy to tell what you wanted done. I did find the price to be a bit pricey, but I know other people who have had similar alterations done and the price was similar, so atleast the price is consistent. The main thing I didn’t like was when I originally called they wouldn’t give a quote or estimate of any kind, so I went in I had no idea what the cost would be. Before I left my dress there they did tell me the price.

Very disappointed with the work. I had a swimsuit bottom that needed to be adjusted around the legs, and she did the worst job possible. She didnt blend the seams at all! I know my way around a sewing machine, But I didn't have the right thread to do it myself! I thought taking it to a professional would pay off. But now my bottoms are ruined! When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the work, she made me wait while she tried to "fix it" but the damage had already been done. She also failed to tell me she only takes cash, super inconvenient! Never going here again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE. I just picked up my dress and it's in terrible shape. All that had to be done was to sew back on the straps, put a hook in for the bustle and to do repairs on the sequins. The bustle she put was a large rope hook with knots in it. Looks terrible!!! And completely noticeable. Then she lied and said she did repairs bring I asked where and she was unable to show me. The dress now has sequins falling off everywhere and looks like it's been manhandled, tossed around and shoved in a corner. Please brides do not come here - I do not want this to happen to anyone else.
