Worst customer experience. Two of my shirts were ripped after the laundering service on different ocassions. Complained to the lady in charge and all she could say is 'we didn't do this', denying the wrong doing and being defensive instead of simply fixing the shirt. Would not recommend going there.

I’ve taken multiple pairs of pants here, and they always turn out exactly how I want! I got my prom dress done here and it’s perfect! As well, it cost under $70, compared to most bridal/gown dress shops that charge $150-200 for gown alterations. I love the quality and would never go anywhere else. I highly recommend!

Elena has been my mother in law’s go-to seamstress for years, so I went to her to get all my bridesmaids dresses’ alterations done. She did a perfect job, and they all fit my bridesmaids perfectly. The hemlines were perfect, and all adjustments made the dress look amazing on all my bridesmaids. She was quick and very easy to work with.

I love this place. I have been here several times, the owner is very nice. Excellent quality alterations that are completed in a timely manner. Been here several times now since moving into the area last year. Elena is amazing . So friendly and nothing she can’t do! She even managed to fixed one of my handbags . I had three shirts ripped on the arm within a month. The owner said it was "regular wear and tear". Obviously that's not the case as the shirts are less than a year old. Very disappointed, not coming back.
